Whoever was doubting the force of Misery and Gypsy...wasn't doubting any longer. Whoever thought that their team wouldn't make it to the finals, just had a humongous foot inserted into their gaping mouth. Along with the Heavyweight Champion, the former Heavyweight champion, and their partners G & M would be competing in the final match for the Ultimate Tag Team Championships. Who would have thought that the Lethal Lottery would have produced an actual powerhouse team? I mean, sure, Drew Stevenson and Jake Frost were pretty good, but Frost was obviously the weakness. Then there was Brittany Aries and Kevin Sane, slightly less impressive in Misery's eyes, and Brittany had proven to be less than Frost. There was no doubt that the Heavyweight giants Sane and Stevenson were carrying their teams, yet for some reason, their was an overwhelming feeling that Gypsy and Misery were the underdogs. Gypsy and Misery, the ones who actually worked like a well oiled machine, and thought share a complicated relationship, still manage to kick ass every night. G & M, who already managed to put under a team, who was being carried by one of the partners, by pinning the weaker of the two. Having one member stronger than the other doesn't make you strong, it means you're vulnerable. Then there was Gypsy and Misery, who were almost exactly matched, and had no weak spot. Yet, their the underdog?

Now, that's just silly, don't you agree?

And now Brittany and Kevin won't even be able to join their little party. Too bad. Mis was highly excited to put the Champion and the challenger in their place this week. Of course, Drew had to go and make jelly of Kevin's insides. Oh Drew, always trying to get the upperhand in situations that you can't seem to grasp. Like, say for instance, this title hungry phase you've suddenly entered. Now, why are you going around begging Leaky Format for title shots? What crossed your mind, and made you decide that you wanted to attempt to capture all the titles? Did you just wake up one morning and say, I think I'll be a dumbass today. Drew already has a Tag title shot, a Heavyweight title shot, the Franchise title, and he's trying to get a BUDvision title shot. It's his belief, that he'll win the all these titles. First of all, Leaky isn't even going to give him a title shot. Strike one. Kevin already beat him last month, and I doubt good ol' Drew will be able to pull a win out of his ass. Strike two. He won't be keeping that Franchise title for much longer, because quite simply, it'll be on my shoulder next week. Strike three. Lastly, there is no way in hell that he will ever pick up the Ultimate Tag Titles. Strike four, motherfucker. I would say something cliche like 'you're out' but you already have one strike too many.

Then there was the fact that Drew actually thought he was going to win this whole tournament...with a partner like Jake Frost. It's obvious to everyone, especially BUDnews.com, that Jake's been getting drug through the dust with every match. Rewind to last week. Gypsy and I told Rosie that she had been carrying their team, but she wouldn't get very far like that, due to the fact they we were actually competition. So what ended up happening? We seperated the cub from it's mother, and annhilated it. Everyone saw me pin Jay Styles for the second time out of two matches. That's how it's done ladies and gentlemen, and that's how it'll be done in the finals. We don't even need to take Drew down, all we really need to do is take down Frost, and we're home free. However, I do believe it'd be a waste if we just shot right past a former Heavyweight Champion. Seems like a waste? Besides, I'm going to have to take him on next week anyway. Why put off until tomorrow what you can do today? Exactly. We might as well take out Drew while we can.

Mis banged his knife on the table as he spoke. "Do you believe in destiny, Lady?" She didn't answer, she knew it was more of a retorical question."Cause I do. I believe in it whole heartedly. I believe that Gypsy and myself, were meant to be a team, and I believe that we were chosen to show the rest of BUD exactly how the tag divison is supposed to act. Whoever thought that the lethal lottery tournament would produce actual powerhouse teams? Hell, who would have thought that the team between Gypsy and myself actually would have worked? I mean, I had my doubts in the beginning, I'm sure everyone did, but I think we've grown in these past few weeks. Not in the mushy kind of way, but we've almost fused together as one. We know each others strengths, weaknesses, and we know what we need to do to cover each others faults. I'm sure when Max Karas started this tournament, all he wanted was to find fighting tag champs, and bring prestige back to the division. However, I don't think he intended to create a machine, and that's what he did."

She rolled her eyes, it was clear that she wasn't as enthusiastic about the situation as Misery was.
"I have to admit I wasn't to thrilled when I found out that you Gypsy was going to be your partner, hell I wasn't to thrilled when I found out your had to do this stupid tournament, but I suppose everything turned out for the better in the end. I still have my doubts about her, but you two make a pretty good team. Just don't let this interfere in our plan."

"Well it's good to see that you're sort of coming around to things. It won't get in the way of our plan, not in the least bit. The Ultimate Tag Team Championship will look just as good on my shoulder as any other title. Quite frankly, I'm glad I did this whole tournament, because even if you don't see it, a great opportunity has presented itself. I have a chance to take out Drew Stevenson, even before our match for the Franchise. You know, it's funny, it's his tag partner who I beat that got me this contendership in the first place. Drew can turn me down for my EARNED title shot all he wants, but obviously, he won't be able to keep me away from kicking his ass inside that ring. Stevenson has never been the man that the articles make him out to be, and I guess it's my job to make everyone see that. Even though he already fell to Kevin, I guess some people still don't see what a pathetic loser he really is. People like Jake Frost for instance..." He laughed.

Lady Andromeda laughed as well, boy, did Jake have a lot to learn.
"Jake does seem to have a bit too much faith in his tag partner..."

Misery quickly interjects.
"Blind faith you could add. He uses examples of cowardism, to display these so called skills that Drew supposily possesses. For instance, didn't he say something along the lines of what Drew did to Kevin last week? Why would you even use that as an example, if you're trying to prove your partners superiority. Yeah, I saw it, everybody did, and you know what I did? I laughed. If Drew Stevenson felt the need to hit me with a sledgehammer, then I would feel honored. Not because he's some great wrestler, but because that would mean that he considered me a threat. Drew didn't hit Kevin to show off his attributes, he hit Kevin because he knew he'd never be able to beat Kevin, if Kevin was at one hundred percent. Who tries to injure their opponent? If Drew really is the man that Jake thinks he is, then he wouldn't be going around trying to get cheap upperhands on his opponents. Then that moment wouldn't have ever happened. But then I guess Jake wouldn't have an example any longer, would he? When it comes right down to it, Frost really has no idea what he's talking about, and it shows, wow does it show. If his only example was his partner trying to injure his opponent for Rage and Retribution, then this match will be a lot easier than I thought it would be." He picked up a nearby salt shaker. It was times like these that his ADD shown through.

"Hmm...true. But Jake also thinks that he has as much skill as Drew does. He even gave some reporters quote or something." She yanked that salt shaker away from him. She wore, sometimes Misery was a child trapped in a grown man's body.

"Oh nooos, a reporter said Jake has potential? I better run and hide. Please, give me a break. The reporters told me that I couldn't win the Chambers of War match back in February. Were that right? Hell no. Besides, Jake Frost is just another version of Jay Styles. Almost an exact carbon copy, but Jay may even have one up on Frost. Just like Jay, Frost has been here for ages, and what does he have to show for it? Close to nothing. He even goes so far as to say that Drew is only better than him because he has more achievements...which makes Frost sound like a total idiot. Of course he has more achievements dumbass, he's better than you'll ever be. Again, like I told Jay, time clocked in doesn't give you credibility, it's what you do within that time that counts. If one more person tries to act all high and mighty just because they've been under contract for forever and a day, I'm going to scream. Oh, but wait, he has heart and soul. But wait again, didn't Zarek Lyle have heart and soul? Didn't everyone even anounce that he would become Heavyweight Champion by the end of the year? Sure, he had potential, and he would have made it. But the difference is, he didn't. Same with Jake. He can keep hid heart, his soul, but I'll take my skill, and I'll be walking out with the titles." He pounded both fists onto the table, making a loud banging sound. He looked around, and as suspected, all eyes were on him. He waved, signifying his apologies and looked back as L.A.

Lady rolled her eyes, as if this was a regular thing.
"Styles and Frost have another thing in common as well, both have been defeated by you. How ironic."

"Exactly. So this time, he thinks it's going to be different because he went out and got himself a former Heavyweight Champion? Ha. Doubtful. I beat Jay in a singles match, and I proved who was superior yet again when I beat him in our tag match. Same goes for Frost. The tag partner doesn't even matter. You're only as strong as your weakest link. I've already pinned him before, and I can just as easily do it again. Unfortunantly, he thinks he has a chance...again. Apparently experience teaches these people nothing. Then he has his whole thing about how 'it all starts here'. I do believe that's the exact same thing he said when I went up against him the first time. He swore up and down that the era of Frost was upon us, and it would start with my defeat. The funny thing is, it never started, and now he's saying the exact same thing. Although, I do have to give him credit for switching the words around. Last time he said it would start with my defeat, now he's claiming it's going to start with the tag titles. Meh. Frost has already proven that he's full of lies, and whoever is waiting for this era to start, will be waiting a very long time." By now he was twirling his knife in between his fingers back and fowarth. It's amazing he managed not to slice himself. He was looking around the place now, as if he was waiting for something. Maybe he's just paranoid, who even knows.

Lady Andromeda just brushed the strange behavior off. He was known to be schizo from time to time,
"One thing I did notice that was quite curious, is that he didn't have much to say about you. Well, nothing that a regular person would say to his opponent. Maybe the insult bank ran out? If I didn't know any better, I'd think you two had some sort of pact going on."

He shot a nasty glance her way. "Yeah right, I bet that's what he wants. I'm not sure what's on Frosty's mind at that moment. Maybe he thinks we have some sort of mutual respect thing going one, where we try to say the least bad stuff about each other as possible. Maybe he thinks we're friends. Guess what. We're not, and we don't. Maybe he just knows that whatever he says I can easily turn it down or even use it against him. So someone should tell him that I welcome his mouth, and this buddy-buddy thing isn't my cup of tea..."

He gazed around the resteraunt again, it was almost habit. " Where hell is Gypsy anyway, wasn't she supposed to be here like forever ago?"

"Did I hear someone say my name?"
At that moment, the door had opened, and the woman we all know and loved walked into the resteraunt. She had on a risque outfit, which suggested she might have just been up to her old tricks...or current tricks, however you looked at it. Misery didn't really care, only that she was finally there, and he no longer had to wait. The two had scheduled this meeting right after their semi-finals win, but something had obviously preoccupied her in being on time. The click-clack of heels on tile echoed throughout the place, that made even the women stop and stare. Gypsy had easily had that effect on people. She motioned Lady to move over, which she did reluctantly, before Gypsy sat inside the booth.

"Better late than never." Lady Andromeda shot at her, just as Gypsy sat down. The two had always been on each others bad side, but forced to play nice due to the partnership of Gypsy and Misery. Mis always thought that one day they would tear each other's throats out.

"So I'm fashionably late, big deal." Gypsy rolled her eyes, and brushed LA off like dirt on her shoulder. She obviously had other things on her mind.

"Fashionably or not, you're still late." Luckily, the bickering stopped there. Neither one of them felt the need to argue any longer. There was buisness that they needed to attend to and they all knew it. This would be the biggest match of their returned career.

Again, another brush off, but this time Lady didn't mind. "Whatever, what was so urgent about meeting you here anyway? We couldn't just talk inside the arena or anything? I'm sure it would have been much more appropriate than meeting in this place, of all places." She gazed around in disgust.

"Well as you know know this is going to be our last match of the tournament, win or lose. We don't really need to talk strategy or anything, because I figured we'd just go out there and do what we always do, kick some ass. However, I do think we need to make sure we're on the same page. Which is why I suggested we meet here, out from under the eye of our opponents." His attitude had changed from the moments before Gypsy walked in, until now.

She nodded, before beginning to speak. "Hmm...I understand, that was actually pretty smart. Here's the deal with this week, I'm not too worried. Sure, it's the final match, but they are weak as a team and they know it. Individual performance has gotten them this far, but it won't get them any further, now that they're up against people who know how to work as a team. It's what happened to Rosie and Jay, and it's what's going to happen to happen this week. Since Jay seems to have a personal vendetta against me, I'll have plenty fuel against him, and it's my understand you want a piece of Drew. Once I finish stomping Frost into the ground, I'll come help you with Drew."

"Sounds fair enough. But that's not what I was referring too. If we work the way we've been working for the past few weeks, then we have this in the bag without a doubt. That's what I want to make sure. Are you in this match as much as I am? When it comes down to it, I'm still figuring you out and I'm sure you feel the same towards me. But  I'm ready for this, and I'm ready for the win. We haven't always seen eye to eye, so are you fully invested in this?" He thought it might be a bit harsh, but he didn't care. If she wasn't as invested as he was, then none of it mattered.

Gypsy just stares at him. In her head she's choking him out and pounding her fist into his face, all the while yelling, "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK!!"; although she actually states, "If you had asked me this the first night, I would have said no. Now...I haven't been kicking people's ass for the hell of it." She stops and snickers, "Well kinda...but really, we've come this far, there is no turning back...so yeah...I like to talk...but yes...I'm invested and ready to win those belts!"

He smiled, then realized he was smiling, and then stopped. "That's all the reassurance that I need. I'll be the first to tell you that they aren't a challenge for us. But, once they break out the dirty tactics, then they may just be. I just needed to know that if they bring it there, if you would be willing to, as well, and I think you are."

"I didn't care for the belts much in the beginning, but now there's to much on the line. I may not like you, and you may not like me, but I swear to God, you two better walk away with those titles." That may be the only nice-ish thing that Lady Andromeda has ever said to Gypsy. However, it wasn't noticed much by the circumstance.

Continuing on, "Now, about preparation for this match..."

Cutting Misery off as quickly as possible, "Actually, no offense or anything, but I kind of had something else in mind this week, soley on my own."

He smiled and nodded, showing no offense at all. "I'm glad we think the same, cause I was going to suggest the same thing."

"So is that it then? I'll see you Monday?" She got up out of the booth and stood near Misery.

Getting up off his feet as well, "See you then..."

stops and snickers

"Well I'll be damned, this may actually work..."
