Chapter I: Innovator of Opportunity
Methods of Madness: I'm not sure what the deal is with the deadline considering I thought it was tomorrow night. Then Roxy said it was tomorrow at noon, which would mean the twenty-four hour already passed. But then again, she kind of posted the reminder after the twenty-four hour, so I thought maybe it had been waved. I don't even know, I figured I should post something anyway though.

Now the doors were literally opened and the chance at the World Heavyweight Championship had presented itself yet again. Zarek had failed to grasp the opportunity last time, as it slipped right through his fingers. This wasn't like him, for everyone know when opportunity was around, Zarek couldn't be that far behind. The battle royal for the BUDvision Championship had shown Zarek as the victor, taking advantage of the situation at hand. A few months later another arouse in which Zarek made the best of again, becoming a two time BUDvision Champion. The last instance would show Zarek accepting an open challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship, but also showing him falling significantly short. Now there was another opportunity at hand, a tournament in which the final few would compete at Krystmas Kaos in the main event for the very prize that they conveted. The tournament consists of Hank, Andrew Frost, Leaky Format, Dannica, and Tragedy. Critics say that some belong, whereas others don't, but when it comes right down to it, it doesn't really matter because only the strong will survive. The skill level in which one of these competitors will rise above their original level, all fighting for the grandest prize of their life. All have held BUD gold before, but only one has had the taste of the World Heavyweight. Will it be him that succeeds, or a new individual that rises above the rest. When all is said and done, the strap will no longer be vacant and one will walk out as champion.

Pheobe Justice: "Zarek, could I possibly get a word with you for a quick second?"

Zarek Lyle: "Well, definitely Phoebe. I don't think I've ever turned down an interview, so I'm not going to start now. What do you need?"

Phoebe Justice: "First off I would like to congratulate you on defeating Leaky Format on Hangover. Not like there was ever any doubt, but people were wondering exactly how you would measure up, considering everything that has happened in the past few months. So what do you think was one of the contributing factor in your victory?"

Zarek Lyle: "I mean, I could say my skill is a major contributing factor but I've never been one to toot my own horn. No, but in all seriousness I think my ability to give my opponent the benefit of the doubt has always been what my opponents don't have. Leaky walks around BUD as if he's the best thing since sliced bread, despite his heavy dosage of realism. He came out on Hangover thinking he wouldn't have to do much in order to get the win. It really doesn't make much sense, considering he's never been able to defeat me fairly before, but maybe it was these past couple of months that made him think I wouldn't be much of a challenge. Unfortunantly for Leaky, he should have known that I've always been a bit more than a challenge for him, no matter if I am having an off day or not. It's been awhile since I've been with Leaky in the ring, and who knows, maybe he forgot how I operate. Hell, maybe he just plain out losed and he did really put all of his effot into it, but my bet is on the fact that is ego is always his downfall."

Phoebe Justice: "Now Leaky has been having a field day with the press as of late, and it's almost like every single promo that he releases, the press has something to do with it. Not once has he come out on the BUDvision or done anything interactive. Last week was the same thing, what do you think is going on?"

Zarek Lyle: "It's pretty obvious that Leaky hides behind the press, and uses it's power to minipulate his hype. Everyone knows Leaky is far from the 'epitome of greatness' and will never be a 'wrestling icon' despite how hard he tries, yet the press still calls him such. It's because he's working with them, you see. Most of the people that work in such a buisness don't have much moral value. They'll get down with the dogs and bring up the worst secrets in order to get a good story. Now, not all are like this, just most. The people that Leaky always run to, are these types. It only makes sense though, right? Both have no moral values, and both are lower than scum. It only makes sense for Leaky to use the press as much as he does. He also doesn't feel it nessecary to actually show his face, because hw knows nobody wants to see it. The fans would rather see me on their screen anyday, and he knows it. So you see, it's typical of a man such as himself to hide behind people that pride themselves on exposing other's personal lives."

Phoebe Justice: "Speaking of the press, an article came out early this week that had you talking to the reporters of BUD.com.Th e only thing was that it didn't sound much like you. In it, you were quoted as calling Leaky a jobber and using other heinous vocabulary that sounded nothing like you."

Zarek Lyle: "First of all, I would like to say that I would never call Leaky a jobber, because he isn't one, he just has an ego to big for the talent that he actually posesses and belongs in a much lower division. But there's that whole power of the press deal I was talking about. I did have an interview with someone at BUD.com earlier this week, but obviously either this person totally tweaked the points I was attempting to convey, or Leaky got to them. My guess would be the second. What I did say however, was that Leaky was only able to beat me do to interferences, he only won the World Heavyweight Championship by interference, and he'll never be able to win anything on his own because you just isn't good enough. Of course, I then went ahead and reminded everyone of my promise that I do intend on keeping. Leaky obviously doesn't remember who he is dealing with if he believes he can defeat me through articles. It's quite pathetic, really. He may have the power to minipulate the media, but the media won't be at his side during Hangover, will they?"

Phoebe Justice: "Unfortunantly for Leaky, he can't help but get his weekly dosage of Lyl-anta(haha). It appears that the two of you have been paired up again this week, but there's something more on the line than just pride. The winner will move on to face the other tournament winners for the World Heavyweight Championship."

Zarek Lyle: "I saw that, and I almost feel bad for Leaky. Everytime a new month rolls around he can't help but remind everyone that he is a former champion, despite nobody really seeing him as such. Every month he can't help but tell everyone that he is the greatest thing to step into the ring, despite not being anywhere close. Every month he can't help but challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship, despite being knocked down time and time again. It gets tiring after awhile, and Leaky doesn't get it, he was only allowed the World Heavyweight Championship because Dante was preoccupied with Nikki, thus she cost him the title. It's as simple as that. But unfortunantly for Leaky I'm not Dante Cross, and I don't have Nikki Black on my ass. We've had this match a thousand times, and Leaky just hasn't realized that the end result will always come out the same. He's tried time and time to get me down, to even put a win over me without his Leak Guards but he just can't do it. Leaky runs around to the press telling everyone he beat me once, but just like his world title reign, nobody counts it."

Phoebe Justice: "And what do you have to say about Leaky anouncing that you forgot about the small people, persay. That you forgot how it was before you got your big break? He basically called you ungrateful."

Zarek Lyle: "Ha. Actually, I did manage to catch that pathetic attempt by Leaky to discredit me to the fans, and I found it quite laughable. I didn't forget where my big break came from, I never have, and it definitely didn't come from listening to guys such as you. Leaky can shove his 'sickness' up his ass, because the only place my big break came from, was myself. What Leaky doesn't know is that the fans know my backstory. They know where I came from, and they know that I was never asking guys like Leaky Format for a big break. I worked my way up on my own, with no help from anybody but myself. Besides, even if I did need some help to get to the top, why would I ask a man such as Leaky Format? I started out with talent that surpassed Leaky at his peak, and everyone knows that. What Leaky didn't realize is that his words actually made him look more of a fool than he really is. Nice one Leaky, you managed to come off as even more of a dumbass than people already knew you were. I applaud you, I never thought it could be done. Though, I must ask for some credit. They never would have found out how stupid you really are without my help. So you see Leaky, next time you want to open your mouth, it might do you some good to look through the archives maybe. Maybe even do a little bit of homework before you try to sound smart. Maybe next time you'll be able to pull it off..."

Phoebe Justice: "What of Leaky's attempt to discredit the promise that you made to your fans last week, that you would keep the World Heavyweight Championship off of Leaky Format's waist? Did you find that laughable as well?"

Zarek Lyle: "Of course I did. Anything that comes out of Leaky Format's mouth nowadays is absolutley laughable, because it's highly evident that he has no idea what he is talking about. My promise was to keep the World Heavyweight Championship off of your waist as of now, so why would this promise pertain to an event that happened many months ago? Does anybody really want a man such as Leaky Format, who has obviously lost all of his brain cells, to represent you as the World Heavyweight Champ? No, I didn't think so. It doesn't matter what you have done in the past Leaky. We all know your story of how you 'won' the title, but I'm still not seeing how that pertains, in anyway, to my promise. He still doesn't get it. I normally don't like pointing this out, because that's just the kind of person I am, but it's just a bit to obvious that I am better than Leaky Format and always have been. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out, but I guess Leaky still doesn't realize it."

Phoebe Justice: "Even after you crush his hopes of moving on in the tournament, and possibly winning the big one, do you think he will change? Do you think maybe it will deflate Leaky's ego once and for all, and maybe he will realize that he just isn't good enough for the World Heavyweight division?"

Zarek Lyle: "I doubt it. Leaky's head has always been to big, even though he might even be lower than Hank on the totem pole. That doesn't stop him from claiming to the best. It doesn't stop him from saying or doing stupid things. I mean, I believe one time he even tried to make believe that he didn't have any loses. Told everyone that nothing mattered up until a certain point, and in his mind, he was undefeated. It's actions like this that make people question Leaky, and it only assures people more that he just doesn't belong in a division such as this one. We all know Leaky isn't that smart, so I don't believe he'll take the hint after this lose either..."

Gone.
