Zarek stands on the edge of a cliff, looking down at the rocks before. The storm still hadn't stopped, but then again neither had this war that was aged between these Gods. It had gotten worse, and the sky was an endless sea of black. There were no seperate clouds in the sky whatsoever, and you couldn't tell if it was night or day. It looked like night, but then again it was the rain clouds that made the time unrecognizable. The rain came down at a pitter-patter right at the moment, for once all week, but you could tell it was about to start up again. The wind was relentless, all you could hear through the microphone was the wind crashing into it, causing loud sounds. He looked straight into the camera, and smirked, knowing that everyone was watching him.

"Nice try to make me look on a fool, Jake, but it's not going to work. The wrestling buisness isn't just some day to day thing that hands me a paycheck. You look at me and see someone who just wants to win some gold, but you couldn't be more wrong. Infact, I'm the exact opposite. Wrestling is my life, without it, I don't know what I would do. I've said many times that I would gladly do it for free. Is it because I win championships here and there, or that I'm actually on top of the company? Do you view me as this evil to buisness because I actually have talent, and can hang with the best of them? Just because someone is actually good at what they do, doesn't mean they don't love to do it."

He leaned over a tiny bit, and rocks fell off the side. He stumbled and almost fell, before stepping back from the edge.

"I know you like to think that that's how it all went down. You'd like to think that I had to defend my spot as resident God, against the likes of you. No, sorry, but guess again. The truth of the matter is Jake, I personally went to Roxy and requested this match. Yep, that's right, I requested to fight you, it wasn't just some random ordeal. You claim to be the best at what you do, this extreme icon, and you also insult any new gen that has made it to the top since your absence. Hate to burst your bubble, but I was actually working my way through the independent feds this time last year. Don't think I know what extreme is? Just try me. The truth is, I knew you wouldn't go up against me. I know that you had no intentions of going up against me anytime soon. Sure, it would have been easier to go up against people like Midnight, Morgan Cain, and Taio, but what would you do if you were faced with a real challenge? True, if you want to get TECHNICAL, I lost to Taio, but oh wait, wasn't there an interference. Now, if there was an interference and I would have been pinned by Taio, then you might have had an argument. But seeing as how I lost the match because it was a finisher match Jade was the one who hit the finisher you have no case. You see, Taio didn't even have to do anything to win the match. It was a crap stipulation, that lead to a crap loss, while my actual opponent did nothing whatsoever. Try watching the clip before actually playing it next time."

The rain was picking up now, and the wind was blowing even harder.

"You claim to be this big bad wolf of the wrestling circuit, and you claimed all the new gen was horrible, that you would dismantle all of them. But, what would you do if you were faced with a new gen member that actually possessed talent. What would you do if you were faced someone that has been near the top of the company for awhile now? Would you still be this big bad wolf that you claim to be? I wanted to test you, and I want you to prove that you are who you say you are. I'm not seeing it Jake. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You may have been great in the past, but I'm not seeing it at the current moment. I'll tell you what, since you're this extreme icon...God of Vengence...thing...then how about you pick the stipulation. Sure, the match is in a few hours, but I'm sure Roxy wouldn't mind, right? I'm sure she's always down for something that will get the fans on their feet. So Jake, it's your pick. Go for it. You don't think I'm 'extreme' enough, so you're up."

You could see from Zarek's cloths that he was getting soaked, and he began to blink more often now, the rain getting into his eyes.

"Here's the thing though Jake, I've already seen what you can do. One, you don't remember? That's funny, because I'm pretty sure I reminded you in my first promo. Oh well, let me jog your memory yet again. I faced off against you and Leaky in a triple threat my first match back, and to be honest, Leaky Format was more impressive than you were..."

Zarek away from the camera and up at the darkened sky, as he continues.

"I don't know the kind of pain you can inflict? Then show me Jake, show me what you can do. Maybe you were having an 'off night' and didn't perform to your best ability. So, I challenge you to bring it...bring it all. You want to prove yourself as this 'God of BUD' then do so. Hold nothing back, and then maybe I will believe you. The funny thing is Jake, you still don't get it. You still don't get that you have to work your way back up. You've been gone for awhile, and you expect to be placed at the top. Your just as bad as though jobbers who walk in here every month, ask for a tag partner, a manager, and a Heavyweight title shot. Well, you pretty much have your tag partner in Justin Black, Akasha can play your manager role, and you're pretty much asking for a Heavyweight title shot. Not directly, no, but you're whinning your ass of about people who are higher up on the ladder than yourself. Everyone high up on that ladder has proven themselves worthy of being there. Hell, I'll even admit that Scott Addams deserves to be as high up as he is. But you, Jake, you've proven nothing, and you expect the world. Again, it's pathetic."

A loud boom is heard, and echoes throughout the cliffs, causing some rocks to fall.

"Congrats on being here for so long Jake, but time doesn't give you superiority. Look at Leaky. He's been here for four years...pretty much straight...and sure he got a Heavyweight title win due to interference, but he's not considered superior to anyone. So tell me how your evidence would hold up in court Jake...oh yeah, it wouldn't. You keep mentioning that I think this buisness is all about a paycheck, when I've already said time and time again, that you must be referring to someone else. On the contrary, I'm not trying to extend my career by defeating you. If anything, you'd be extending your career by defeating me. In this new age that we're in, I'm somewhere near the top...which means I'm higher up on the ladder than you. Defeating you means nothing to me, other than putting you in your place. You claim to be the best of the best, and then turn around and say it's not arrogance. Seifer is allowed to say things like that, because he can actually back it up. You on the other hand, to my knowledge, can't."

A woman is seen near Zarek, but won't come past a certain point.

"Sir, you might want to get away from the side..."

Zarek ignores these words, as the waves are forcefully slaming up against the side of the cliffs, eroding even more rock. It's a scene straight out of a bad horror movie, right before someone falls off.

"You think you can take me down, Jake? I'd like to see you try. You underestimate me, and I'd like to warn you that it hasn't worked out for anybody thus far. Almost a year ago, in a twelve person battle royal for the BUDvision strap, everyone underestimated the new guy. He was a rookie, straight out of the indys, worth nothing. Guess what, that rookie won that battle royal. DSL was in that battle royal, Jade was in it, and even your buddy Justin Black. Yeah, I've already stuck it to your little friend before, and after you, I'll have do it again if I have to. If taking out every member of your little squad is what I have to do to prove to you that the new gen is actually worth something, then that's what I'll do. I'm sure others wouldn't mind joining my cause."

The woman takes a step forward, thinking Zarek must have not heard her, as she tries to get his attention.

"Sir, please, it's not safe over there..."

Again, he ignores her words as lightening strikes near Zarek, a tree falling to the ground. Who does he think he is, almost getting hit by lightening? Drew Stevenson?

"So this is your Battle of Bull Run, eh Jake? Hmm...I'm glad you know your American history. Due to the fact that you referred to it as the Battle of Bull Run, I'm guessing you've taken the side of the Union. Which would make me the confederecy, considering their name for it was the Battle of Manasses. You do realize that the Confederecy won that battle, right? The union retreated because they realized there was no way of winning. They suffered somewhere over one thousand casualties. So if this is your Battle of Bull Run, then this can be my Battle of Manasses. But we all this will probably end up the same way the battle did, you retreating and me taking the victory."

He inches towards the side of the cliff again, looking over the side.

"Sir, please, you could fall off the side of the cl...Sir!"

Without warning, jumps off the side. As the camera follows him, gazing over the cliff, he is nowhere to be seen.

Fade to black.
