Roleplay Title: Victory Or Death
Record: 00-02-00 :(
AWC Achievements: None Yet
OOC: Still playing with colors, i'm also trying to try something new. What you think?

Remorse, and agony blow in the wind across the grass. Anguish, and depression skim across the crystal blue waves as they crash down upon the water. Despondency, and irritation cover the sight of the moon that both Laz sets his gaze upon. His mind fills with the sight of everything around them. Grief, affliction, and martyrdom aberrate through his mind. Even as all of this is going on, he still holds that smile on his face that he has had ever since his previous promo. The audience wonders if Laz has actually lost his mind this time. They don't see how somebody could be smiling when their career could be ending in a matter of hours. This Twelve men battle royal could put an end to anybody's career in this match. It could end a person's career, or it could begin it. What the people fail to realize is that Laz lost his mind a long time ago. Many questions run through the physcotic mind of Laz. Some, are the exact same questions that seem to be going through the mind of every superstar, every member of the audience, every person. One that Laz focouses on more than any other, is what can the mysterious prize be? It says that a prize shall go to the winner and the runner-up, but what can this prize be? Can the prize be that the winner and runner-up get kicked out of AWC? Of course, that wouldn't be a very good prize, but who knows what is running through the mind of Justin Peace at this moment? Who knows what Justin Peace has decided what will happen to the winner and runner-up of this match? This entire match is so questionable. Nobody really knows what they are fighting for. So, there is actually no reason to fight in this match, if you don't know what you are fighting for. Maybe that is the reason we have only heard from two people in this match. This was suppose to be one of the biggest matches on the card, but since only two wrestlers are actually doing anything, where will it fall on the rankings? This match was suppose to take place right below the main event, which is pretty high up on the card, but it doesn't seem like the superstars of this so called "big" match are building any momentum for this match. Chris Walker and Laz are trying but they aren't exactly main eventers themselves. Will the other competitors even show up for the match, or will it just be a collision between Laz and Chris Walker? A one-on-one match between two people that nobody has respect for, isn't exactly as exciting as a twelve man Battle Royal is it? So will whoever wins this match, actually get the respect they deserve?

Laz sits in a dark room, staring into the darkness of himself. The camera turns on the night vision and sees that Laz is sitting in some interrogating type room used by the cops. Like one of those rooms where the cops put you in the center of the room and shine a big light upon them to ask them questions. But right now, there is no light in the room. The camera man wouldn't even be able to see where he was going if it wasn't for the night vision on the camera. The camera then focouses on Laz in the center of the room at a big table, and Laz is at the end of the table, just sitting there. In the night vision it looks like his eyes are dark emerald green. He looks freaky and kind of cool at the same time. Laz is looking around and then sets his gaze upon the camera in a slow and scary way. It almost seems like Laz can see in the dark and knows exactly where the camera is, even though he's not suppose to. Of course, it could be that Laz's eyes has adjusted to the light, but not even the camera man's eyes have adjusted. Suddenly a light comes on and it shines down on Laz. The camera man turns off the night vision on the camera and you can now see Laz more clearly now. He looks as if he has been up for awhile, pondering over the match maybe. His hair is all messed up and he has white colored contacts in, making his eyes appear to be white all around. He has red eyeliner on and a lot of it. He has also drawn on one of his cheeks, with the red eyeliner, a line going downwards. This gives him the effect that Laz is somewhat crying out blood, and that there is a ring of blood around his eyes. He looks really scary looking, almost as if he had gone back to the old days. Before AWC, before SEE, before he met Chris Walker, before he met Justin Showtime, Laz had been a raving hardcore satanist always claming that he had been possesed by satin and that is how you could do so much damage to his opponents in the ring. Nobody could really tell if he was telling the truth or not, but they didn't care because they feared Laz. Their head was filled with terror everytime they saw him, wether he was possesed at the time or not. At this moment, it looks like Laz has committed some sort of crime, and the FBI's are going to ask him some questions about it. But of course, there is nobody else there except for Laz and the camera man. Everything is still until Laz suddenly moves his chair, making a loud noice, and looks up into the camera

"Mr. Silias, Mr. Jake Silias, seem to be guilty by assoscation. The attribution of guilt (without proof) to individuals because the people they associate with are guilty. In words that you can understand Jake, this means that because you were with the person who committed the crime, you are also guilty. It means you yourself must pay for something that your friend has done. Well Jake, your friend Dominic, he has definently commited a crime himself, and it looks like you are the one that is going to pay for his mistake. Dominic made a big mistake when you ran to the ring and attacked me the night I was facing AJ Styles. I know he didn't realize it then, but he should realize now, that he will certainly pay a great price for his mistakes. I'm sure he didn't realize that not only himself will be paying for his mistake, but his friends will be paying for his mistakes as well. It starts with you Jake, Dominic's punishment for his crime starts with the punishment of your soul Jake. I find Jake Silias guilty by assosciation, and I sentence his soul to the death sentence. I myself shall be the executioner, and the person to carry out your fate. I know you are probably thinking that this isn't fair. Your probably thinking that Dominic was the one that decided to mess with me, Dominic is the whole that should be punished. I know what you mean Jake, but Dominic must pay with not only his soul for his wrong doings. Every single one of Five Star Attraction shall suffer for Dominic's mistake. You just happen to be the unlucky one that got placed in a match against me first. Don't worry though you weren't be the only one who will be suffering for Dominic's mistake. Everyone in this Battle Royal shall pay for Dominic's mistake, and like I said before, everybody in Five Star Attraction will suffer. Just ask someone like Chris Walker, you don't want to get in my way. You don't want to screw me out of a match!"

"Speaking Of Chris Walker, he has a lot of explaining to do to his fans. He speaks of this bull crap of how he is all about his fans, and they keep him going, yet he turns around and lies to you. He lies to you all! You actually believed all of those lies pouring out of his mouth earlier? You all must be really gullible to believe him. He tries to put off all of this jail crap, by saying he went to jail and is all tough now. Then he tries to tell you that the owners of AWC don't want you to take all of your anger out on someone before the match? Ha! If only that was true Chris, then maybe you would be able to win this Battle Royal. I remember hearing a sentence similiar to that once when I ditched your ass during the Tag Team Championship match. I believe you put yourself in a straight jacket and said that Shane McMahon told you to stay like that until our match at Treachery because you might hurt somebody or something. Well all of this is just a bunch of B.S. You make up these reason to say you went to jail when you really didn't. Chris, you are nothing but a fake. A fake convict, a fake daredevil, and even a fake wrestler. It just so happens that I know the truth that your girl friend dumped your ass. Then you want to make yourself seem all tough and say you put her in her place. Please Chris, everybody knows you were the one in the kitchen making pies. Then you want to feed these lies saying that back in the old days you could kick my ass? Ha! If only it were true Chris, if only it were true. Maybe back then I would have actually had some competiton, maybe back then I would have actually had a tag partner that could wrestler...but I didn't. You didn't, nor have you ever been able to defeat me. I have beaten you, let's see, about three times now. We have been in five matches together, and the funny thing is, you didn't win the last two, Jason Kinrade and Richie D did, it was a gauntlet and ladder match. Let me get one thing straight Chris, apparently you can't get it through your head to realize that I used you. I used your weak self to get myself noticed in the tag division so I could move onto the singles division. I didn't no anybody in the fed, so I used you Chris. Then, when the time was right, I dumped your ass and left it for Andrew Blake to pin. Without me you were nothing Chris, and you still are nothing. It might not be true that you could beat me, but you were fairly good back then. Now look at you, lying to get people to think your good, pathetic"

"I seem to be on a rule here, convicting people of their mistakes, and giving them the death sentence. Let's continue with the court now. Oxi, the man that I have had a total of three matches with. In my first match in SEE, I was set to face you, in an Extreme Rules match. Suprisingly, you didn't run away, so you fell victim to the Assassination and the three count. The second week was the gauntlet for the SEE World Television Championship in which you eliminated me from. I would say that would be one for me, and one for you. Then there was this Heaven's Crucifix match, for the Caged Comabt Championship, newly names the Zero-Ex Championship. A championships belt that belonged to you, and I longed to take. There was also Ryan Ross and Chris Walker in the match but it didn't matter, we both knew it would come down to either you or I. That is exactly what happened, even though AJ interferred, I still won. But the point is, you never should have had that championship around your waist in the first place. You, Oxi, are being accussed of theft. Theft of the SEE Caged Comabt Championship that was in possesion of Bruce Bowen. There is no way that you should have ever been a champion. The only way you could ever become an SEE champion, is to steal the gold, so you did. For this you shall recieve the death penalty, like the ones before you. This judge might not be fair, but when you slip up you deserve to be punished. Look at yourself Oxi, you only held the championship for a week, you can't even consider yourself a champion. You shall join the others for your terrible crime Oxi. Don't expect it to be fast and painless. You know Oxi, I have actually been waiting for a chance to get you in the ring again. Ever since that Heaven's Crucifix Match, I have been waiting to prove to you that I can beat you on my own. I did it before didn't I? In my first match in SEE, no doubt. What makes you think that if AJ didn't interferre that you would have won that match? What makes you think the outcome would have been any diffrent? Well it doesn't matter now, whats done is done. At Battle in the Bayou, we will meet to make the record final, and I'll show you how a real champion performs"

Laz goes under the table and comes back with something in his hand. His hand stays in the darkened part of the room so you can't really see what it is. Laz then brings it into the light in the center of the room and it appears to be an gavel. Like what a judge whould hold at court trials while handing out verdicts or just telling the court to shut up. Laz slams it on the table and a bright light is shown. When the bright lights goes away, Laz and the camera man seem to be in a diffrent place. They seem to be in a court room and Laz is in the judges seat. The camera man notices that his contacts are out and his eyeliner is gone, his hair isn't even spiked anymore, but combed back neatly, as if he was a real judge. There is nobody in the courtroom except for them two, but Laz acts like it is a real trial

"Now, in my previous promo, I believe I said something like, I thought Jayson Chambers, Spencer Chambers, and Scott Marx were going to be the ones that ruled this match. I said something like they were legends compared to everybody else, and were in a higher league than everybody else. Well, seeing how hard they have tried to make this match big, I take back all of my previous statements. Obviously, all three of them are either to cocky to even say something to their opponents, or they just don't plan on showing up for the match. Do you think that I am out of your league and do you think that you should be in a match for, let's see, something such as the AWC Internation Championship? Think again boys, right now, I deserve that title way more than you do. All three of you are being such wimps right now, I can see how much you want this prize or whatever it is that Justin Peace has instore for the winner and the runner-up. This match gives two out of three of you mean to win this prize that this match offers. This means that you don't even have to win this match to get this prize. Instead, all three of you just sit back and watch as the people that you claim to be lower than you, strive to make this match worth while. Can you believe that I actually thought men that wouldn't even say anything about their match, were actually good wrestlers. I actually thought that Jayson Chambers, Spencer Chambers, and Scott Marx were good wrestlers. I guess I was wrong in that section. But I am not wrong when I am saying that you just gave me the biggest push of my career. By you not saying anything, by you not getting pumped up for the match, by you not even showing up for the match, is giving my oppurtunity to win this match, giving me a win over you guys. Do you know what it would be like for a person like me to say I beat Soctt Marx, or I beat Spencer Chambers, or I beat Jayson Chambers. Well, I guess you wouldn't know, because you yourselves are the people being mentioned that I would be so proud to beat. I thank you for giving me such a big push, although I don't think that's what you meant to do. But, back to my sentencing, I accuse all of you of dealing in the process of counterfeiting. Most of you are thinking money, but the definition I apply here, means to carry on a deception. You three have made all of us believe that you are one of the best, you have made all of us believe that you deserve a shot at the Internation Championship, when you really don't. So all three of you have been counterfeiting, and I sentence you to the death penalty"

"Now let's recap, we have got Jake Silias by guilt of assosciation. We have got Chris Walker by lying to authorities. We got Oxi by theft of the SEE Caged Comabt Championship. Wow, and that was all just when I was in the interrogating room. Now, just because I said I was going to recap, doesn't mean that I am done with my convictions. Every single last one of my opponents in this match have committed a crime, even the man known as Justin Showtime. Now, before I move on, I would just like to say, that being in the posistion as a judge, I consider myself to be authority. So, saying that, I would like to book Justin Showtime on the account of running from authorities. After IWE closed down, I had to chase Mr. Showtime around so I could get my rematch, but no. Justin just kept running, I believe he was afraid of being in a match with me, I think he knew that he would lose. Well now we will actually see if all of that running was good for something. We might not be in a one-on-one match, but that doesn't mean I can't eliminate you out of this match. Let me tell you one thing Justin, in AWC, or in any fed I'm in with you, I will make it so you will never, I repeat never, hold a championship belt. I will do everything in my power to stop you from getting your greedy, greasy hands on any belt. Even in this match I will not let you touch gold. I realize that this match isn't for a championship, but the prize might be a number one contendership for a belt, you never know. So Justin, it looks like our pathes have finally crossed once again over a year later. It amazes me how you tried to run off again. You tried to go on LOA, I do think so, but it looks like you are already booked doesn't it? There is no running now, there is no hiding now. Unless of course you don't show up for the match, in which in just shows that you are running from me, you are hiding from me. Even if I do win you will probably say some lame excuse like you weren't yourself or you were having an off day or something. That won't matter Justin, I would have have a win over you, and we could have a rematch anytime you want too. Of course, we might not, because it looks as you are set to be executed for running from yours truely. See you in hell Justin

Laz recaps again, but this time he recaps in his mind so he can remember them all. Laz then starts to do something on the desk right in front of him that the camera can not see, meaning that the people in the arena can not see either. The camera man moves close enough so the people in the arena can see what he is doing on the titian tron. Everybody can now see that it is a piece of paper that has been written on. Laz has written everybody's name on the paper, that is in the Battle Royal. He has crossed out the ones that he has put on death row and now only three people remain on the list

"Jake Silias- Death Penalty! Chris Walker- Death Penalty! Oxi- Death Penalty! Spencer Chambers- Death Penalty! Jayson Chambers- Death Penalty! Scott Marx- Death Penalty! Justin Showtime- Death Penalty!"

With all seven convictions so far, Laz slams his gavel down onto his desk his anger and force yet again. This time, since he has now hit the desk a total of ten times, and the desk is now starting to crack. After all ten names have been called out, followed by the word death penalty, Laz calms down again. he acts like nothing has happened as he continues

"Since there is no jury, I find Jake Silias guily by assosciation and is sentenced to the death penalty! I find Chris Walker guily of lying to authorities and is sentenced to the death penalty! I find Oxi guilty of theft and is sentenced to the death penalty!"

With every name he says and every verdict he fills he slams down the gavel with anger and force. He sentenced everybody to death, he hates all three of them and would like nothing mor to see them die so they could rot in hell. Of course, he knows this isn't true that they are really going to be put to death, but he likes to think so anyway

"Now, in my previous promo, I believe I said something like, I thought Jayson Chambers, Spencer Chambers, and Scott Marx were going to be the ones that ruled this match.

"It seems that there are only three people left to put on death row. I am only three people away from becoming victorious in this match. The only problem is that I have nothing to convict them with. I have not even an idea in the world what crimes they have commited. I don't even really know them. I have seen Sawer before, and he was even a CEO or something of a federation I was once in. If I do remember correctly, he got me into a World Heavy-weight title match, that never took place because the federation close down. Just like always, just when I start to hold my ground, just when I get on the right track, just when I allign myself with the right people, the federation closes down. Anyway, the point is that Sawer tried to help me, and I thank him for that. I apologize though since I have to execute you. Madison Cole and Wes Stanton are two people that I have never heard of before. Actually, now that I think about it, Wes Stanton does sound a bit familiar. Were you the one who lost to Brandon Hawke with your tag partner for the SEE Tag team Championships? I think you were, I remember seeing your name on the title history. You might not be, because I never actually saw that match, I wasn't even in SEE at the time. But then we have Madison Cole, who I have definently never heard of. I don't know wether to include her with the main eventers, the mid carders, or the jobbers, because I have never heard of her before. I have never seen her in the ring, and I honestly don't know why she is in this match that is set to take place in less than twenty four hours. Can anybody explain this to me, because I obviously don't know why these people are in this match. But it really doesn't matter about me does it? No, it doesn't. The fact of the matter is that you are in this match, and if I want to win this match, I have to convict each and everyone of you. Oh, I got it! You see, nowadays, people can be completly innocent but are somehow said to be guilty by the idiotic jury. So for you three, I am giving you that same idiotic jury and falsly accusing you of slander! Of course, nobody will know that isn't true, because they will find you guilty anyway. I sentence you to the death penalty!"

"Jake Silias- Death Penalty! Chris Walker- Death Penalty! Oxi- Death Penalty! Spencer Chambers- Death Penalty! Jayson Chambers- Death Penalty! Scott Marx- Death Penalty! Justin Showtime- Death Penalty! Sawer - Death Penalty! Madison Cole- Death Penalty! Wes Stanton- Death Penalty! Now that I have put all of you on death row, I must come back to reality. But wait, I have been in reality. Yes, you heard me correctly, you are all on deathrow...my deathrow! I have been acussing you all, and with each foudn guilty, they find their name on this list in my head of people who have committed crimes. Crimes against me, or crimes I beleieve that they should be punished for. In Madison's, Wes', and Sawer's case, you could just be put on there because I feel like putting you there. I am not lying, and I know it is hard to believe, but tomorrow you will all be murdered. You will all be slaughtered. Atleast your souls will. I realize you don't understand me, but it's quite simple really...."

Laz bangs down his gavel and the bright white light shines through the camera again. Laz is now seen in the dark room with the one light again, known as the interrogating room. He walks to the door, and before he leaves he turns back

"I'm getting away with murder"
