Was it all over? Was it all over now that everything had seemed to have changed? Obviously, from what he had seen by the tree, that whole world was fake, and the people in it. His dad had been one of the people who had been in that world. Well, part of him was in the world. One half of the fisherman was Loki, and it seemed to switch from him to Laz's father. Was this to symbolize something? Did Loki have something to do with Laz's father? Maybe Laz and Loki share the same relationship that Laz and his father had shared so many years ago. One moment not having anything against the other, but the next they are at each others throats. This had to mean something, but Laz didn't know what. The people also had to mean something, but Laz just didn't know. Maybe Crevan being the strongest man in the world was to mean that Crevan was really stonger than Laz thought. Maybe Loki being a fisherman meant that he would win the match with a fishermans suplex? Erin's and Braedon's flaming botan throwing might mean they will get fire involved in the match and burn their opponents? Whatever it was, Laz didn't know what it meant but he wanted to find out. There were a lot of things that Laz didn't seem to know, like as in how he was about to have yet another run-in with his past. Laz is driving down the road at this moment, less than twenty four hours away until Genesis. The hours were counting down on Laz's fate, and this fate made Laz unable to sleep. With every changing minute of the clock, Laz churned at the thought of Genesis. There were five people entering this match, but none knew how many were going to come out. Some people could get seriously hurt in this match, some people's career could be ended in this match, who knows, somebody might even die for this match. Laz is deep in thought over his burden with Genesis as he continues to drive along in the ngiht to release the pressure from his mind. There were suprises to be had in this match also, nobody had expected the ladies of this match to even come close to winning this match. Afterall, it was a mans world and it always has been. To everybody's suprise, the ladies seem to be dominating most of this match. Craven and Loki seem to have fallen behind, and Laz is struggling for dear life to hang on. Suddenly a loud crash is heard and Laz snaps out of his mind. He looks ahead of him and realizes he has just rearended a car. "Oh no" Laz thought "More problems, what the hell did I do to deserve this?" Laz opened his car door and walked over to the screaming couple getting out of their car "What the hell do you think you are doing? I have to be somewhere in a couple of minutes and now I have this jackass rearending my car. What do you have to say for yourself buddy?" The man looks angry by what Laz can see of passing car's lights. It is dark so Laz can't see much of his face "I'm sorry mister, I've had a lot of things on my mind lately. I will pay for all the damage that I have caused" Laz was tired and really did have a lot on his mind so he didn't want to argue with the man. Laz thought he could probably kick the guys ass, even if he couldn't see him, if he wasn't so tired "That's right you'll pay for all the damage you have caused. Otherwise I'll have to knock you the fuck out!" The man sounded really aggressive and sounded like he wanted to take him out right there. Laz really didn't need this right now. He could have bashed the guy's skull in if he felt like it, with all of this rage inside of him. But that wouldn't be good, because he would be going to jail right before Genesis "Here's my card so we can talk about this later. I have somewhere to be. You better call me, or I will hunt you down" The man then hands a white card to Laz and Laz takes it in his hands tiredly "Okay Mr..." Laz takes a look at the card in order to finish his sentence "Mack...MACK DAWSON!?" "Yeah that's right, do you got a problem with it?" The guy now known as Mack Dawson was heading towards his car but when he heard Laz say his name with suprise, he turned back around "Oh come on hunny let's go. Forget him, we can just pay for the damage, I really don't care. We have to be going" Laz turned at the sound of a female voice. He had forgotten there was also a female who had stepped out of the car. This was the first time she had said anything "Nicole hunny, Im not going to pay for something that I didn't do. This prick is going to pay for it even if he doesn't want to. So what's the matter?" Mack then turns back to Laz after talking with the woman now known as Nicole "Mack, it's Erik. Erik Rivers" Laz walks a little closer to Mack now that he realizes who the man is. He now takes back the statement in his mind on how he could take him out "What? You have to be joking. Erik Rivers" Mack looks closer and realizes that it is his old buddy Erik "Wow Erik, how have you been? It's been awhile since I saw you last" "I've been wreslting no doubt, wasn't it our dream to become wreslters? I was in SEE but that closed and brought me into the AWC" Laz and Mack shake hands and then embrace each other. The two used to be the best fo friends before everything with his family happened. What Laz liked about Mack the most was that he was nothing like himself, and Mack liked the same about Laz "Seriously, I just signed a contract there and Nicole and I were headed up there right now. What name do you wreslte under?" Mack was suprised the two had signed contracts with the same wreslting company. He knew sooner or later he would meet up with Laz again though "I wreslte under the same name I have wreslted under since the day I began my career as a wrestler. Laz. I do remember it was you who gave me that nickname Mack" Laz laughed as he remembered why Mack has given him that nickname. Someone had told Erik that he was lazy, while another said he was a spaz. So Mack just said he was Laz "Hello Mr. Dawson and Mr. Rivers, did you forget about little old me over here? It's nice to see you again Erik" The woman was visible in the light now and Laz couldn't help but marveling at her beauty. She looked familiar but Laz couldn't place where he knew her from "Oh yes Erik, you do remember Nicole Delaine don't you?" "Nicole Delaine?! Wow, you really did change. A change for the better if I do say so myself" "Well thanks Erik...I think" Nicole didn't really know if that was a coimplement for her looks now, or as mean comment about her looks back then, but she ignored it "I hear you could become the first ever AWC North Atlantic Champion" "That's right, I think I have this one in the bag though. I have some doubts, but not that many" Laz wasn't a very good lier so Nicole and Mack saw through his scheme from the start. They pretended like they didn't know though "Are you sure? I mean did you see that Breadon Orthello Adelle. She is one hot lady. Are you sure you wouldn't be so dazzled by her looks she just might use some of those wreslting skills on you? I would love to be in a wreslting match with her" Mack was joking and both people knew this, but Nicole hit him on the arm with her purse anyway "I would say that she looks like a slut, but she does have some skills. I would watch out for that one if I were you Erik" Nicole was now serious and nobody was joking now "Alright, alright, Im a bit distraught over this match. But I'm trying, I really am" "Yeah, you didn't think the ladies would be any trouble for a big man like you huh? Still feel like a big man?" Nicole had this special gift to point out horrifying facts that might make people feel bad but you couldn't help but smile "Yeah, I have to admit I didn't really think they would be any trouble. If you think about it they are woman, you know. Woman are like glass, they are fragile and they break easily. But Erin and especially Breadon, have turned my view on woman around. Now I know that some woman might really like going to bars to watch the game on a date instead of some fancy resteraunt that makes out money disappear" Laz laughes at this last sentence and Mack laughes a long with him "I'm sorry you might get beat by her, but then again Im not. I think every guy should know that girls are really the big men on campus" Laz and Mack laughes again "It's true. Think about it. Guys always listen to women" "That's not true" Laz was pretty sure it wasn't true anyways "Mack, get in the car, we're leaving now!" Nicole shouted this comand at Mack and Mack obeyed without thinking. He went to the driver seat and started the car before he knew what was going on "I told you" Mack got out of the driver seat and then walked back over to the two standing between the cars. "Shut up" Mack said to Laz as he begin to laugh a little at Mack "I'm not saying your not going to win, but I am saying your going to have a hard time, and the boys are not going to be your problem" After Nicole's statement a car honks it's horn and the threesome realizes that they are in the middle of the highway "I think we better start driving to the stadium again. Forget about the car, I'll send you a check" Mack and Laz laugh as Nicole starts walking towards the passenger seat "Just remember what I said, watch out for Erin and Breadon, if anybody will be able to walk out of this match alive, it will be them" Nicole gets in the car followed by Mack and they drive off. Laz follows soon after as the scene fads
