ALEXANDRITE RARE- Alexandrite is a variety of Chrysoberyl which displays different colors in different directions when viewed via transmitted light. Viewed in sunlight Alexandrite appears green and under artificial light it can appear red-violet. Only the more expensive gemstones of Alexandrite show this unique color change. From working with this rare stone I feel that it connects the third eye chakra, heart and 1st chakra.
