Hello to everone who has replied to my question. Thank yuo for you advise. With alot of consideration and the love & bond we;ve came to have for Twinkles, we've decided to get her. She seems very well manered, potty trained, showered in tub, walks with harness & leash and very loving. The owner has to let her go to a new home for sure due to the grandkids and we want her to come to ours. I couldnt handle the idea she would be sold to a home with no experience with a TOO and the bird be so very unhappy. I had a Moluccan in the early 90's and know the pros & cons of a Too-Too.I thank you all so much for your help with my question. If you have any further help , that would be grreat to. Thank you all.....
