man oh man oh man are you right! try doing a search on parent abuse and all you get is 'abusive parents' sites. my 14 yr psy/narc son was so out of control physically that my hubby and i didn't have to press charges, the police did. we even recieved "victem's assistance" - the government pays for med care of victems of violent crimes so we went to therapy for awhile and took our 5yr old twins sons and our 6 yr old daughter. now that i 99% sure of what we're dealing with, i'm weening him off his meds hes the same w/ or w/o so why buy them. i'm reading w/o conscience by dr.hare. gotta take small bites of that one.  It is so bizzarr to see my son in action- he'll try charming then when that doesn't work he'll threaten to make our lifes very difficuct-oh that's new-i'm scared.
