I think everyones journey to healing is different. For myself, I didn't rush it one iota. I was sick and tired of OTHER people telling me what to do and how to feel. I gave myself permission to feel as angry, bad, etc as I wanted for as long as I wanted. I was stayed angry as long as I felt I needed to be angry. I read "A LOT" (and still do) about Psychopaths/ Narcissists etc. It helps me feel not so alone in this insanity. So in my humble opinion, do whatever YOU need to do to make YOU feel better, in whatever timeframe YOU need. We, who have been through this insanity understand, and everyones trauma and journey to healing is different. We have been terrorized and traumatized, and many CIVILIANS don't get it. I don't think there is any one right way, or one correct time frame in which to heal. It takes whatever time, enerygy, anger, etc. it takes, for you individually.
