Brussel Spouts.

And by the way, I love liver, so I'm not a good gauge of the worst.

I know the answer and I do hate them, but I think there are other foods that are a lot worse.

But no correct answers yet. And I like them!  Don't know where they take these surveys.  I like liver, too.

Keep guessing.

Laughing at Karen's answer.

My mom and my aunt used to make a soup that had beef and lima beans in it, and it was delicious, but that is absolutely the ONLY way I would ever eat lima beans!

And brussels sprouts...well, I started eating them years ago when I was on a no-salt diet and discovered they have lots of potassium.  But the only way I could eat them was to sprinkle lemon juice on them.  Since then, I've found several recipes that are so delicious, I've started making them for company...and everyone loves them!  But you can't just eat them plain.  One recipe uses olive oil, garlic and balsamic vinegar; another one uses bacon.  They are so much better that way than just plain.

Ruth,

I am afraid to try brussel sprouts.  Could you email me your recipes when you have a chance?

Me too, Ruth, I'd like your recipes for sprouts. I like them, but usually fry them a bit in butter.
