Hi Joe,It was Usually A family Member Or Relative,Sometimes Brothers Or sisters.I have A baptism Cert.That has Whom i believe Relatives.But have not yet been able to FIND OUT.on Marriage certs its usually family.The one benefit we have now is to look for the Marriage Cert,So it would be Advisable to try and contact the church
