After several dances, everyone had danced with different partners and the men were gravatating toward Vampira.  I went over and whispered in Jimi's ear.  Jimi started playing ," The Chicken Dance", and everyone started to flap their arms and formed a dance line following the lady in the yellow feathed mask being she was the closest thing to the bird family.  Everyone danced around in a cicle on the floor laughing at each others rendition of the Chicken dance though the fisherman dances expertly.  After the dance everyone headed to the refreshment table and was surprised that the pie was all gone.  As they all eyed fox hat suspiciously, Sadie came to the table and tossed some dust and behold there was pie.  After everyone feasted and got their second wind, the band cranked up playing, " The Best of My Love".  I led cat woman to the dance floor while fox hat took the lady with the blue gown onto the floor.  The lady in the feather mask was led out by the fisherman and Robin Hood dance with Vampira.  Werewolf danced with Emma and the backwoodsman was twirling kayak woman.  As cat woman and I purred across the dance floor, we started floating above the other dancers.  In the middle of twirling cat woman , she floated back down to the floor while I uncermoniously landed hard on my behind.  As i looked around, Emma was trying to stifle a laugh.  Yep, one of Emma's practicle jokes.  Well, I walked to the lake to wash a little dirt from my hands and to regain my dignity.  However kayak lady folled me to thank me, but unfortunately she had her kayak with her and the end of the Kayak caught me in a sensative area and in the lake I went.  Mustering what little dignity I had left, I went back to the guest.  Thinking nothing else could happen, I walde to the tables to get a napkin to dry myself off.  I was wrong!  As I started to walk behind cat woman on the way to the table, Trapper grabbed her tail which I tripped over and went sailing into a table.  Laying by the table it turned over and I was in a downpour of pie.  Fox hat made one huge leap and landed on top of me knocking the breath out of me while he was salvaging all the pie he could.  Cat woman seeing fox hat on me grabbed the bowl of punch to cool him off.  Unfortunately, the fisherman had hooked fox hat and was reeling him back just as the punch went airborne.  Yep, I was refreshed by a whole bowl of punch.  The lady in the blue gown grabbed the county ham and whacked the trapper with it which bounced off his head and knocked werewolf off the back of Vampira's cycle where he was attempting to take liberties with her.  Cat woman slipped on the wet floor and fell on top of me, but, since she wa purring so nicely, I felt no need to get up in any big hurry.  Werewolf grabbed the plate of fish and threw it and Robin Hood launched and arrow and skewered several fillets in mid air  which he ate with gusto.  Now, the food fight was on!  I grabbed cat woman and rolled under a table for safety  while the yellow feathered mask woman grab the shrimp jambalaya and ran behind the drummer.  Backwoodsman had just cut fox hat a loose when he was hit with a chocolate cake thrown by Vampira.  Vampira was hit by a bowl of whipped cream thrown by werewolf and rugged looking man grabbed Vampira and pulled her into a dark corner to help clean her up, I think.  Fisherman saved the vodka and had just sat back down when the lady in the blue gown slipped on the whipped cream and fell in his lap.  Kayak woman was trying to pull fox hat from under her Kayak where he was trying to hide.  Our ghost hosts were floating above the fray laughing at all the antics.  The band started to play a song and yellow feather mask had spread her gold robe looking like a large bird in flight singing a duet with Janis to the tune of 'Free Bird".  Backwoodsman stopped in his track and bowed his head placing his right hand over his heart.  Free Bird is the national anthem of the south, you know.   Fox hat grabbed Kayak woman and was dancing to the beat.  Cat woman grabbed werewolf and started dancing determined not to miss any dancing.  Rugged man came out of the corner with Vampira  wiping this red substance off his face.  Was it blood or lipstick?  Fisherman was dancing with the blue gown  and trapper coaxed Emma off the ceiling and danced.   As the sun rays started peeking over the mountain, the portals open and it is time to say farewell to our guest.  We hugged and shook handsand paid our compliments.  Robin Hood leaped upon Hoof  Hearted and with a wave trotted through the portal.  Vampira started her cycle and rode through the portal with The Count sitting back unknown to her.   As the rest of the guest went through the portal, the torches one by one went out leaving one torch burning.  As the band played, Unchained Melody, Ima and I dance across the floor fading into the dark.  The funny thing is none of this happened.  It was a spell casted by opur host.   Happy Halloween!
