I have family buried in the Lima Cemetary in Lima Township, Adams County.
John Lowry & Martha Mercer Lowry.  At the bottom of Martha's stone is about 3 or 4 lines of inscription.  I have a digital photo taken of the stone, but I can't decipher the writing at the bottom of the stone.  Is there someone who lives in the area that might be able to take a look at the stone and send me what it says?  I know the cemetary isn't that big.  They are buried in section 1, Row 5 (north to south).  There is a large tree stump right between the two stones.  Apparently the tree was cut down.  If you see any other Lowry's in this cemetary, I would be very interested in knowing about them, also.

Thanks!    Diane Lowry

i am sorry i can't be there to help you , but i had to write you in regards
to your last name. I have LOWERY's in my family from Hamilton county and I
was wondering if we might have a connection with only the last name spelled
different. thank you for your patience. gloria
