I would say go for an obituary or his death certificate (since you have the dates). Either should show the place of burial. |

Cedar Park cemetery is located on Halsted Street. Findagrave has over 500 listing but that probably is just the tip of the iceberg. Some sites state it is Chicago and others list as Calumet,while the street number and name are the same. This must be one of those Chicago on one side of the street and Calumet on the other side. If you address a letter to the wrong city it will be returned. My great aunt once lived in three different towns/citys in three years and never moved.
