I haven't tried this, Suzy, but I'm told that if you highlight the portion that you want your printer will act accordingly.  Let us know if it works......

partially correct, when screen comes up on the printer, it should show what you want printed, check the area highlighted for just printing what is selected.

I have tried highlighting and printing but it still wants to print everything. So tried bringing up printer and mine doesn't give me the option of printing only the highlighted area. I can print by the page number if I know what that is though. Although at times that is still more than I need. Ugh I figure it is probably a simple thing if we can only figure out how to get it done. Thanks lots. Really appreciate all you do. Great site.   Suzy

Try this. Just highlight it and copy it and paste it in your word processor
program or word pad then you can print what you want.

Chris

Duh!!!  Why didn't I think of that??   That's the easiest way to save on paper and ink and get only what you want printed.  Thanks, Chris!

Thanks so much Chris and everyone for your help. I new there had to be a simple way but couldn't figure it out. I'm new to the computer so only my second time trying to copy and it worked!!! This will work great for me. It will save me much time not having to write out info from a census and such. Thanks again everyone. Suzy

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HIGHLIGHT IT THEN WHEN THE PRINTER DEAL POPS UP YOU CHECK SELECTION APPLY THEN CLICK ON PRINT AT LEAST THIS WORKS ON MY PRINTER. ALSO YOU CAN CUT AND PASTE WHAT YOU WANT TO ONE PAGE THIS ALSO SAVES INK AND PAPER,

HOPE THIS HELPS POKIEPOLLY

Highlight, right click "Copy," Paste in your word processor, by choosing Edit in your taskbar.  Sometimes you have to play with the format.

If the article you are looking at is an image of a book, you should be able to choose the pages you wish to print by typing in the first and last pages after you have your print screen up.
