I think it is wonderful that you want to give special recognition to certain members of this group.But do you understand that it does make some people feel like they are not a part of this site when everything they try to do is ignored?

I myself take the time to constantly tell the members at my site how much they mean to me by once a year on the anniversary of when they joined I let them know how important they  are to the site.This way every year they are made to feel special and this way everyone is covered so that no one in particular is singled out at any one time.Every member should be considered special not just a choosen few.Just a suggestion in your suggestion box Stacey Girl
