I've created this board for posting virus alerts.  Please do not post any alerts forwarded to you from well-meaning friends without first checking them out at www.vmyths.com, www.housecall.com, www.hoaxkill.com, or some other reliable site that will distinguish between real viruses and hoaxes.  Remember, these forwarded warnings are most often hoaxes.  Please do not open attachments in e-mails from people you don't know and be very careful of the ones you do know, since viruses most often spread through address books.  Take a good look at the subject line - if it makes little or no sense then chances are it's a virus.  Delete it immediately and empty your trash.  If you have an anti-virus program installed on your computer, please keep it updated regularly as new viruses appear daily.  We hope this board will help you to identify a virus before it attacks your computer.
