Makes: 6 cups or 48 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and halved
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1-1/2 cups TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa, drained
1 bunch green onions, white and green parts, finely chopped
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
1 small head red radicchio, shredded (about 1 cup)
SPOON avocado pulp into medium bowl. Add lime juice and cumin. Mash avocados lightly just until mixture is well blended. (Mixture will still be slightly chunky.)
SPREAD beans onto bottom of 1-1/2-qt. serving dish or deep-dish pie plate; cover with avocado mixture. Top with layers of sour cream, salsa, onions, cheese and radicchio.
SERVE with your favorite NABISCO Crackers or tortilla chips.
