Some of you might remember that a few years ago I took in some BP teens and taught them painting and got them into mental health and back on track in school. I found out a couple weeks ago one of these boys took his life. I really feel on some level I let this boy down. Back then I was out to save the world when I really needed saving myself. I lost contact with this boy when he wasn't keeping his end of the bargain. Meaning attending school and staying off the drugs. He wanted to be a artist and DH and I bought him everything he would need and we brought him to art shows and also I begain to teach him. I think I knew even back then that this was coming. He self harmed and his home life was really really bad. Please take a moment and say a prayer for him. His name is Colby.
