An Aura can also be known as "physical body language" and once you learn how to see it, it can reveal a person's mood, intentions, health, feelings and motives. It will offer an extended insight into a person's personality.
It doesn't matter what spiritual level you are at or what psychic abilities you have acquired. You can see aura's with practice and patience. And you will be able to feel, know and understand a person from learning this ability. Reading a person's aura will give you accurate insight into a person or situation.
Below are visual exercises you can do to help train your inner eye in seeing aura's.
Aura's are seen with your inner (or third) eye. They are not viewed with your physical eyes. You should not "stare" or "force" this process. When you stare or try to force results, your attention becomes focused in your "physical" sight. You need to relax your physical eyes and look past or through the object or person. Let your vision go "out of focus," so to speak. This will automatically shift your focus to your third eye vision area. Try this and notice the difference between staring and looking though or past something or someone. You should notice the difference and the shift that takes place. This may take patience and control in trying to stay focused. But if you keep trying, you will be able to do it. Like any intuition process, the more you practice, the easier it will become. At first, you may notice a "glow" around the objects or people you are practicing on. This is normal and eventually, you will begin to see the definate shape, size and color of the aura as well.
Aura's have two dimensions: Color and shape. Color is not always the most important aspect of an aura. The shape and size of an aura is equally important. Here are some indicators as to the state of mind of the person you are "reading."
*Relaxed and calm. The aura will be wide and expansive.
*Tension or pressure. The aura is tight around the body.
*Meditative or daydreaming state. The aura is fuzzy or blurred.
*Listening and focused. The aura will be sharp and distinct around the crown chakra (or head) region.
*Lying or exaggerating. The aura will be rippling and/or shimmering.
The colors of an aura will add to the dimension and offer more information. Below are some common, starting points for interpreting the colors of an aura.
*Red: Energy, vitality, strength and strong emotion.
*Very Deep Reds: Tension, frustration, anger and hatred.
*Pinks: Joy and enthusiasm.
*Orange: Courage or facing a challenge with courage.
*Yellow: Open and ready to communicate. Can also mean the person is "visually" perceptive.
*Green: Growth, teaching, new beginning in life, change or healing.
*Blue: Sensitivity, caring, peaceful and healing.
*Brown: Feeling practical, sensual or down to Earth.
*Gray: Businesslike, organized and busy.
*Black: Pressure, tension, injury or dysfunction.
*White: Purity in thought or action, innocence and newness.
*Gold: High values, wisdom, mastery or spiritual abundance.
It's also important to notice what area of the body the color appears:
*Above or around the head and shoulders will indicate the person's state of consciousness.
*Around but away from the body indicates the person's life or environment.
*Directly over a specific area of the body indicates health or physical energy.
CONNECTING YOUR PSYCHIC ABILITIES WITH AURA'S:
Feel"ers" or Clairsentient's are most likely to "feel" an aura. They may sense in their own body or aura the characteristics present in the aura of another person.
Know"ers" or Claircognizant's will depend on their instant "knowing" of the information. Believe in what information is coming through, even if it's just a flash of sudden insight or a brief burst of color. Trust first impressions.
Hear"ers" or Clairaudient's will hear words or phrases about the aura. They may be able to pick up on this easier if the other is talking, for impressions can be received through the voice.
See"ers" or Clairvoyant's will obviously be able to see the aura clearly.
