This tangible vibration spreads to the other centers of your body revealing amazing gifts of Spirit that been sleeping for so long.

Your body is your creation. It tells you what is working and what isn't. At birth, most of us were given a beautiful, vital body, sustained by the natural free flow of the universal engery. Look how tireless and spontaneous young children are. They eat when hungry, sleep when tired, and fully express their feelings. As life experiences leave their impression, negative habits develop. They may help us survive, but they also impede our flow of natural energy. Chronic negative behaviors are reflected in the body as aches and pains, fatigue and minor illness. When you don't notice, these signals then get stronger until there is a serious or fatal result. You can choose to do whatever it takes to be healed, or give up the body.
The body has a consciousness and feelings and is important in our evolution. Learn to listen to your body and love it. When you are suffering, give it your full attention rather than blocking out distress with medications. If you are experiencing intense pain, this may be difficult in the beginning. Go into the pain with a prayer in your heart for God to fill you with healing energy. Try to match the intensity of your prayer to the intensity of your suffering, but don't force yourself. God is in pain as well as in ectasy and love. When your paryer goes to the deepest recesses of your soul, God comes to transform the pain. Have courage! When symptoms become more than you can tolerate, do what you need to rest from your suffering until you are ready to face it again.
Health and vitality are natural. Your symptoms give clues along the way to help you find causes of imbalance. Allow your body to release deep feelings in ways it wants to, often through movement and sound. As your feelings are accepted, even welcomed, use your mind to pull in healing light. In this way, both the mind and the body will open up to healing and balance.
When feelings are suppressed, they stay in your body where they were originally felt. The area goes numb and stays frozen in a hard lump that is no longer able to vibrate with energy. If you are suppressing awareness of the trauma, this pain can follow you for lifetimes, until you are finally ready to face it. Body work with the right person can help you find these pockets and release work will allow transformation.
Evaluate your situation and lifestyle. What are you doing to yourself? If you are tired,rest. Eat the healthy foods your body needs. If you habitually smoke, use caffeine, alcholol or drugs, eat junk food, or stress yourself, go deep within and ask what you are trying to learn. Take action in your life to honor the feelings of your body. This may require changing jobs, homes, relationships,friends, habits, lifestyle. It is the denial of your knowing that makes you sick. You have the power to change! Seek whatever help you need to accept your true feelings. Ask Raphael to send his angels to guide you with clarity and love in your process of healing.
