Dear Rslady; can you explain how you prepare the bath.

I assume you mix different types of herbs into the bath water. But what is the count? Is it a volune measurements?

As I am new to this; I would appreciated if you take the time to assist me here.

Also, where is the best place to buy the herbs?

They are Essential Oils......unless otherwise specified...and you can get them at any New Age Store .....and since I do not have one close to me I purchase a lotof mine off the internet.....and when using oils they are drops....it takes very little .....farther down th e list of baths there is Basic section that tells you the salts to use as your base.....I hope this helps you ....you can always ask me questions in the room or ask mort if you see her....
