Canadian River Mulled Cider
Makes 6 servings.
1 �quart apple cider
2 �whole allspice berries
2 �whole cloves
1 �stick cinnamon
1/2 - cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- In a saucepan, mix cider, allspice, cloves, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
- Remove spices and serve hot. Or, allow mulled cider to chill and serve cold.
