Each year at the end of May since 1975, a different carnival is taking place at Hammarkullen in Gothenburg. This multi cultural event is lasting during four days. All ages are participating from many different nations.

About 90 different nations are living next to each others in this area speaking about 110 languages. This is really not about a typical Swedish fiesta. The Swedish group of dancing fiddlers is the most exotic of them all.

This carnival was started with the purpose to bring understanding and friendship between all the different people coming together and enjoying dancing samba togeteher.
