chicken adobo...(a philipeno dish) chicken drumlets of chop the chicken to millions of pieces. simmer in soy sauce, a tad bit of vinigar and brown sugar. serve over steam rice :-) limon chicken....i think this is a vetnamese dish... take a whole chicken, boil the crap out of it. and tear it into billions of pieces. (deboning it too) toss the bones elsewhere. add slice cerentals...(ok, i don't know the spelling on it) but it looks like parsley. but its not...squeese limon juice over it and add some seasoning. ( i like jonny seasoning best, but use whatever you have ) its a cold dish. serve on side of steam rice or what have.
