Hey there,

What is the entire buzz about that place?? Is it safer, more convenient and manageable?? What about member/user responsibilities of own stuff; join, unjoin, pictures, volume maintenance -messages deleting, quitting??

Are copyright stuff are automatically checked (-as from average members who will be searching/learning all of that rules)?! Is that place is related to MSN groups or is something else... what kind else?

What about members not interesting of chatting but just occasional activities on the web - are they qualified or will be purged at the time? Are learners' can be classify as LURKERS?! ;)

These are a few questions regarding going there, anyone experienced already and able to give a handful tips? Maybe somewhere are kinda instructions of all of that? :)

MSN shut down the Chat rooms....and there is some thought that in the future they will turn off all "free" groups completely.

The management of the LovePub....searching for solutions so that the members can still chat and post and have fun, purchased our own domain, our own software that will alow posting, chat room, arcades and much more. That's what all the "hype" is about this "other place". It's the same people(management) however it is off the MSN servers.

Member responsiblities is much as those you have on MSN....as we have basically replicated the Pub in another location, the rules are the same...we're just moved "down the street" so to speak.

Pub rules pertaining to copywrite issues are well known...again...same rules in the new location. The are the same as US and International Coywrite laws around the world.

Again...same rules pertaining to lurkers....think if your favorite store moved to a new location....the same return goods policy would still be in effect.

From a managment persective, the new location provides us with easier automated controls. Spanning, lurkers, maintenance and such is much easier for us to control. If a post is out of place, it's much easier to move around. There is SPELL CHECK in the post there. We also have a games arcade and adding new games all the time.

The layout and format are a bit different and takes a day or 3 to get use to.

sounds as if you have changed your default fonts and color scheme to something that is unique.

You may wish to reset to windows standard font, resolution, and color to register. then after completing registration, you can experiment with your settings
