I'm not sure if this counts as a suggestion, but it is a question so...

I was accepted as a membertoday Wednesday 03 September 2008. Looking through all the pages indicated on the left of my screen I noticed that nothing has been registered since (in some cases) 2005, but in any event definately not as recent as this year.

Does this mean that the site is not very often used or updated? I was hoping to find some new friends here, maybe a romance even.

I know it is an American site, but I was hoping for contacts that were a little closer to home, is there a way to filter areas? I come from England and live in France. The only English I found said that they were no longer members and that their profile was not available.

Anyway, I will spend more time getting to know how things work here and hope to find my way soon.

Okay this isn't a suggestion, this is a compliment. I think that you guys are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up so that we can have some where to go to get away for awhile. thank you guys for all of your hard work.

From the time I first joined the Love Pub group and MSN Chats I was struck by how difficult the navigation is on this site. I persevered, so finally I can get into the chat with just a click on the desktop shortcut. But many new members are so frustrated with working their way through all the pictoral open pages to finally get to the chat that they just give up. Are all those colourful site opening pages really necessary? Sexist as heck, but colourful. I would agree with another suggestion post that it is highly hypocritical for nude pictures to be banned in posting, but many of the opening pages, proporting to be romantic graphics, feature nude or nearly nude paintings.

My suggestion is that the navigation in these sites be streamlined.

Another suggestion is to add before each member's public nickname an indication of gender with a (m) or (f).

And still another suggestion: When people change their nicknames, shouldn't their former nicknames be a matter of record? People who left because of personal conflcts can come back as someone else to continue patterns of deception and further abuse.

Well as far as the navagation of the group, I think that if you would only spend a little time then its pretty easy to figure out, the message boards are seperated, to make it easier to find which one you want or if you want to view them all together, as far as the chat page it is nessessary so that hopefully everyone will read the rules before they enter, I know that rarely happens but thats what its there for and before you click the chat guy you are saying that you did.

Now for the Nude pics being deleted, MSN has rules and we have to go by those, Nude pics will not be allowed, ( any frontal nudity) we are not an Adult group we are listed as mature. The pics that are on our web pages do not have any frontal nudity, personally I wouldn't want to come into the group and see all of that if I wanted to see that I would join an adult rated group.

Msn also puts the smilie before our names, we can't edit that unless we change our names and I (again) Personally am not going to change my nic to JCMN3F or anything like that it only takes a few minutes to view a profile or look it up and if its not listed then they probably don't want you to know if they are male of female anyway.

Ok and I do agree with you, it isn't right for someone to cause problems, leave the group because of conflict and then come back under a different name and start all over, we don't always know when people do that, but most of the time we figure it out, as for making it public knowledge I would have to talk to the other managers and see what they think.

I think we should have a debate board

Usually a debate board will cause lots of arguments and I have seen tempers flair in here over simple things, I think a debate board would just cause problems. I will run it by the other managers and see what they think and get back to you Lynn, As for mail boxes thats alot of mail boxes to make, But I will run that by them too and get back to you..thank you for your suggestions.

On the debate board we decided against..but the mail boxes we decided yes so they will be avaliable for you all sometime this weekend

I'd like to see suggestions on how to meet people, like different singles events. Maybe once a month

This group usually does have what we call Bashes once in a while. Actually I have known of 3 or 4 we have had in the past 2 or 3 years with members living in certain areas. One time we had one or two in Michigan and one around the Toronto area and one cruise with members to Alaska.

The best idea that I can give you is to watch the message board "here" and either ask if any bashes are being planned or if anyone lives in your area that might want to have one or come to your area. Some times those members post months in advance before there is a certain bash.

The Manager.

Hi, i know i am new to here but i really like what i have seen so far except for last night. I was hoping this was a clean site and from all i read, thought it was. You dont allow nude photos or porn connections which is great but you have a picture of a woman exposing herself and a totally naked man holding a woman. I dont really see the difference so i am hoping that you would take these pictures off and replace them with something not so exposing, thanks.

One, this is not the proper spot to be reporting abuse in the group. We have a web page all the way down to the far left that everyone needs to use and leave the information like this so we can get to it asap. That page is always monitored every 4 to 6 hours where this area is just now being checked after 4 days and sometimes longer than that.

You also have to understand with over 4,700 members, 16 message boards, 260 web pages, over 84 profile areas and 36 photo albums, and ONLY 6 MANAGERS to deal with all the content, things sometimes do get over looked or missed, that is why we made the abuse page. So please in the future, all members must use the �?Report Abuse page or e-mail the managers with any problems which also our e-mail address is listed on almost every web page in the group.

The second issue is that you have not left us more details where this informaion is located so that we can delete it and ban the member. Is it a message board post? Someone profile? Photo Album?

If you can get with us asap either on the message board post or the �?Report Abuse page and leave this informaion, the content will be deleted asap and the member banned.
