Oh yes very cool idea, the ROOMS were freezing

They way I wanted to make this list originally was to have the Date on the 'Down Axis' and Dorms along the top.

 

 The idea was to get people to put their names in the correct Dorm/Date boxes and hence you'd get a full list of who was in each dorm in each year ... but as you can imagine this was far too complicated and anyway MSN wouldn't let me have enough columns  - if your still reading this - take a gold star !!!
