That turkey loaf DOES sound delicious!!! Would love to have recipe! LOL re MY recipes - re evening (and Saturday noon) meals - they come straight out of the Saving Dinner Cookbook by Leanne! Even hasll the go with's for each recipe! Now that is for the evening meal. Breakfast I keep a general menu meal - 2 x a week - egg something, twice a week cereal something, twice a week a baked something and on Sat - something special. Lunch I HOPE is something light - sandwich, soup, salad of some sort. And may go to Cindy's porch for further suggestions! Then I count number of meals with dairy (3 a day), veggies (2 - 3 a day), fruit - HOPEFULLY 2 a day, protein sources - at least 1 a day, maybe grains - supposedly up to 5 a day BUT I would rather keep it around 3 if possible which I generally ignore anyway. Takes longer than 15 minutes - but not a lot longer. and that only because I invariably sidetrack and read through the item! |
