we give 15% commision on retail....but one thing you need to remember....at 15% you are acutuall getting 30% because....the salon has already purchased the product and when you get your commision your 15% is from the total price and the salon is only getting 50% commision...does that make sence? But I believe we should all get commision...if your salon owner wants to serve refreshments that is her choice..we serve coffee, tea, water and soda because I think we should and I am happy to do that at our cost. |
