Day 4
Assess How You Feel
 
Observe your feelings.  Are you sensitive? Cranky? Happy?  Sad?  Do you feel and see yourself reaching your goal?  Don't let anyone or anything stop you from your task, especially not yourself.  If you find you are feeling that you are not maintaining the state of mind and vision to attain your goal, make changes to your process.  You are responsible for your own focus in life.
 
Yesterday's reading material may have left you feeling a huge leap was expected of you.  Yesterday's reading material is probably a huge leap if you can do it all at once!   However, you are not necessarily expected to get all of it today, or even by tomorrow... but it would be nice!  Personally, I have read Kellog's Balance Series, Steps to Take, and his other writings many times.  I get more out of it every time too. There are times when I have said, I have to read it again!!  Why?!  So go back, read it again, and again, and again... Someday, maybe I will "get it" too.   I intend to.
 
I suddenly feel six years old.  Hey Mykkyo, they say that one of the very best ways to improve your spelling is to read lots.  Especially even paperbacks of your favorite genre, something that you can go through relatively quickly.   ...Gets the brain used to word patterns.  Take about three months, read as much as you can, and supposedly you will have at least doubled your word recognition and spelling.

Why six years old Solace?  I hope you don't think I am picking on Mykkyo too much.  He is going for World Enlightenment and spelling in the same week.  I thought he might want to put spelling aside for another week.

Day 5
Manifesting One Day at a Time

At this point some people may be having difficulties with the idea of getting goals down to a simplified idea or step to focus on. A single, simple first goal to concentrate on is a good first step.  Here is an excerpt from SLC, complete with a link if you want to take a look.

...Intent is to Etiquette - as Cadillac is to cars.  It is Specifically what you want.  A certain single thing or two.  Ya need to make this as clear as you can get it.  If ya want to manifest things --- ya can't have a laundry list with 20 items on it.  You can do 20 items...but not all at once.  You just aren't sharp enuf -  in this world - to do them all. - at once.  So you do them in small bunches.  And you can get them done this way...

 
 
 
Day 6
Checking Progress
 
How do you feel?  It is time for an objective check of how you are progressing.  Are you working on your goal every day?  Are you spending time visualizing the outcome?  Can you see yourself more clearly where you want to be at the end of the week?  Have you been dealing with barriers positively?   It is time to savor your positive attempts and feel good about how far you have gotten.
 
 
This is an after the fact association. I had a goal, to get in touch with my body. I did not give my goal a time period, I warned everyone I have no idea how long this is going to take. As from my other post you can see it took 5 days. Hoop says that gave me 2 days to rest. I eliminated extraneous input and only used my body and its experiences as a connection. No TV.  (Well, almost, I had to watch Rose Red). No books, no internet (except to check email for Kellog's reply, wasn't going to wait a week for that one, its kind of like Christmas, ya know?) BUT for the most part I followed my plan and on the fifth day I felt grace. I mean I could really feel my body, all of it and its movements were " in tune" and I knew I had reached my goal. I then decided that I would let my body of the hook and I would just do my best to be aware of it, whatever else may be going on, so far so good. And all this brings me to, if I can do that in 5 days, what else should I try, what other goal do I wish to set for myself? I think I would like to have an out of body experience, that I am in control of. I have actually snuck out of my body before, and as soon as I "realized" I was out, swooop, right back in, lol. So here we go

Day 7
Keeping the Vision

By now you have made the goal specific. It is a positive goal.  You have been working on it.  Have you been keeping your goal vivid?  Visualize the goal every day. 
 
Does it make you feel pleased to imagine attaining the goal? 
 
Is it something you truly desire? 
 
Can you see yourself attaining this goal in your mind?
 
1.  Always see yourself attaining the goal.  Every day, spend some time visualizing your goal.
2.  Each day spend time taking another step towards your goal. 
 
In order to attain employment, for instance, decide what area you are going to apply in, update resume, look for contacts, see what is available in the job market, send resume, follow-up, etc.  There is much to do in order to focus even on a simple, single goal.  You need a well thought out plan of action.
 
Have someone to share difficulties, successes, barriers encountered, new information, and personalization with can be helpful.  It may also stop you from sneaking away from what you told just yourself you wanted to do!  If you mention your intent to others, the greater the feeling that you have to follow through. 
 
You may also find some differences in your methods due to belief, culture, religion or past successful or unsuccessful performance. Please share any helpful information that is related to focus, willpower, and intention.
 
Are you ready to reach your goal in seven days starting tomorrow?

 Lmao... You said share difficulties... So I'm sitting here reading this post instead of exercising in my only spare time today until late, late, late... Eating cheese, of all things, and yesterday I managed to fall down from the top of my closet and re-sprain the shoulder I sprained last month.  
 
Day one:  Lacking motivation to cause myself productive pain.
