Other than Disney records, and I do mean the vinyl things, 45's and 331/3's, those ancient arifacts, well I bought: ABC by the Jackson 5 and Let it Be by the Beatles as 45's and I still have them framed on my wall! I was 9 years old! |

I loooove The Beatles! I don't remember how old I was, but I do remember buying it with my own money, (that was a big deal) The J.Geils Band , Love Stinks! Remember that one? Freeze Frame & Centerfold! LOL! |

One of the first records I had was The Police 'Dont Stand So Close To Me' when it came out. But my Dad bought it for me. I still have it on Vinyl.
The first ones I bought with my own money was 'Born In The USA' by Bruce Springsteen, and also at the same time 'Dream Of The Blue Turtles' by STING (on tapes). |

What was that girl band? My other first record was a 45 of "We Got the Beat." Belinda Carlisle or however you spell her name was in it. lol |

The cassette tape of U2's Under a Blood Red Sky! I will always remember it..I even remember the wee record store I bought it at in Medowlark mall which isn't even there anymore! I wore it out in places...but I still have it. |
