Wondered if at all possible, if there is a list of the burials at ST. JOHNS Cemetery in SYDNEY (PARRAMATTA)? The reason being, I was there about a year ago, viewing Samuel MARSDEN's grave and noticed a few more very interesting ones ?PYE, MOBB, etc. I have been quoted a website for photographs of the Cemetery, but would welcome a list of graves if at all possible, wonder if there is a book out on the folk, as they sound so interesting.

Reason I was solely after Rev Samuel MARSDEN, was to see his final resting place, as in 1814, he bought out John KING from SWERFORD to be NZ's first Missionary. I have all the information I need on John KING, his grt. grandson was one of the soldiers to die at FEATHERSTON Military Hospital here in the WAIRARAPA. His original headstone is now up at WAIMATE NORTH Churchyard. I was guest of honour up there last year, for the blessing off it. It is next to his Grandfather’s grave. It was a very moving service. I was asked to speak, but was far too overwhelmed and lost for words, but asked if I could speak later over afternoon tea.

Thank you.

Compliments of the Season.

Adele the lover of headstones, anywhere!
