I am trying to establish the burial details of the TOWNSEND Edward Carr family.

I have death dates of some of the family members & at this point will be satisified if these member's burial details could be established.

TOWNSEND Edward Carr. (father) Died 12/05/1926, Newtown.

TOWNSEND Annie (mother) Died 28/06/1922, Newtown

TOWNSEND Edward (son) Died 03/08/1953, could be Newtown area?

TOWNSEND Richard (son) Died 17/08/1973, could also be Newtown area?

There was a daughter TOWNSEND Emma, born in Melbourne & died as an infant (assume Melbourne), would we have assistance in finding her death/burial details!

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi "barto",

I have checked the cemetery CDs for ROOKWOOD, WAVERLEY, SOUTH HEAD and MACQUARIE PARK without success in finding any of your TOWNSEND family.

I checked the AGC Index and found the entry of a funeral notice that appears to be that of Richard. Possibly if you are bake to view that newspaper at a library, it may advise which cemetery he was buried at.

The only other suggestion is to purchase the death certificates which would state were they were buried and when.
