He was born about 1832 in CABUL/KABOL, His father Arthur WYNDHAM was born 23 Oct 1812 in EGREMONT, ENGLAND. Arthur married twice that I know of, first to Anne BURNS in INDIA in 1838, second to Emily SPEDDING in 1856 in ENGLAND. I dont know if either of these women are my Johns mother. They are situated at the Library, Hovell St, WODONGA. John WYNDHAM came to TASMANIA first, then to BAIRNSDALE about 1866 where he died in 1886. Hi "Gocats7", No how did I know you where going to tell me that! I have had a look at Census on ANCESTRY and not found either John or his father. At the moment is appears as though John and Martha married overseas somewhere. Enforcer99 |
