I'm hoping this is the right place to put this, I couldnt think where else....

I have been wanting to see the BBC's adaption of Philippa Gregory's The Other Boleyn Girl. I've searched the internet for when it comes on in Autsralia, no luck. Its on ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) Asia Pasific, but strangely, that's not shown in Autsralia!

Does any one have any idea of how I can see BBC's "The Other Boleyn Girl"? They dont sell DVD or anything. How can I watch  it?

Aussie, it would seem easier for you to get the BBC programs than it is in the US, but it must not be. We have a station BBC America, but all they have on it are rerun sitcoms and things like "what not to wear" or something like that. Once in a while I get lucky at the video store, and can find some Brit movies I want to see. I know there are several Catherine Cookson books that were made into movies that I have yet to be able to see. I also get a catalogue every other month or so with British movies that can be ordered, but they are way to costly for me. Even though I was disappointed in the book "The Other Boleyn Girl" I would love to see the movie on it, but not if I have to pay $20 or more to see it. Good luck finding it and if you do come up with a way to see it please share it with me...Thanks, Judy

All I can think of is ask around if someone else has taped it & hopefully in the same type format Oz has...as I know the UK video format is different from the US one...& beg em to send it to you.  The BBC doesn't have such for sale?  You'd think they might.

I didn't even know it had been filmed.  I liked the book.  What was wrong with the book?
