Well, Candy, probably half of my living time has been and is listening music .......
In these days I've been touched by the death of Richard Wrigth, keyboard and piano player of the Pink Floyd.
Of Pink Floyd I have one of my oldest and magical memory. It was 1968 and they came to play in Rome, at the Piper Club. I went to the afternoon concert (they played also at evening and the day after) and all the audience was no more than 200 people! They were absolutely unknown in Italy in those days. I watched the concert standing at one meter from Wright. When I say this to younger people they don't believe me. Syd was out of the group since only a month and this is truely a pity as I would have loved to may say I saw PF with Syd.
This is from the concert they did in Pompei (Bob, the images are for you) to be recorded for a film. The first part of this video is famous for the drumming but look at what Wrigth does by the piano ....
Ciao!
