1. Try to meditate as often as you can!...
2. Make sure you keep focusing on the good things you have in your life right now!!...job...family...roof over your head...
3. Know that you have loads of friends here in the Haven to make you feel better when ever you are down.
4. See Positive things in all aspects of life!
5. get rid of the people that make you unhappy.
6. Do a good deed for someone every day... or make someone laugh!! it's soo rewarding.
I don't really know your situation about Jason, so can't advise about that.
