We come together to offer healing for peace and health of mind, body and spirit for our family and friends and all who need our prayers at this time

First let’s relax ourselves a little with a prayer and meditation.

God, I offer myself to Thee, to build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy will.

Take away my difficulties, that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy power, Thy love and Thy way of life. May I do Thy will always.     Amen.

 

   'Be thou a bright flame before me,

Be thou a guiding star above me,

Be thou a smooth path below me,

And be a kindly shepherd behind me,

Today, tonight and forever'

Any prayer of simplicity is best. Whatever you feel you yourself prefer is fine.

The contents of the words you choose to repeat mentally, and the feeling and intention behind them are of the greatest importance. So whatever your preference is, then please go with that.

When our thoughts, words, and feelings are heartfelt and caring, then they have the greatest impact in the healing process.

There are no specific ways to send absent healing. If you wish to finger a mala or rosary while focussing, then do so. If you wish to place your hands in your lap, then do so,…whatever you are comfortable with is best.

Let’s also, as well as asking “God�? ask the 4 guardians/archangels/powers of the realm to assist us by working through us, we especially call on the power of Raphael.

So, could we all begin by visualising ourselves being filled with the brightest white light of healing and love.

Let it come up through the soles of your feet and down through the crown of your head, letting it meet in the centre of your being, your heart.

At the same time, let whatever thoughts and prayers of love and healing you are thinking join with the light in your heart.

Take a few deep breaths to relax, one for body, one for mind and one for the spirit. Feel the power of the light energy stored in your heart.Now, begin to open your heart, and your mind releasing your light energy and let it flow directly to our World, and all our friends in pain and suffering who need healing.

Now please, just close your eyes and  gently relax, while maintaining these thoughts, and allowing your energy a free flow, for at least ten minutes, and let yourself be a focussed channel for love to help heal.
