Spiritual Disciplines Handbook: Practices That Transform Us by Adele Ahlberg Calhoun

I don't get a lot of time to read any books, but this is one that was well worth the read!
'Adele has done an excellent job of exploring and expanding our minds in the realm of the spiritual disciplines. This book is easy to understand, full of positivity and wisdom and, at the same time, contains a depth of perspective and spirituality - a fantastic combination. If you are looking to find renewal, healing, or fresh insight, this handbook will be a welcome guide.'
It's a shame we don't all live nearer together - we could form our own spiritual library!

Love Raven xx

I haven't bought any of the CWG books yet, but I have read the Coversations With God on Haven, and I thought they were wonderful! I was disappointed when I got to the end of the page and it said ... to be continued! I wanted to read more!
I will purchase these books, probably the entire set eventually! I found they resonate with my beliefs, although I worship both the Goddess and the God.

Raven xx
