smartlady122: well i sat down and a dear friend that passes 31/2 yrs ago came and sat

Aralina-AraBGood: i went thru the meditation and found myself sitting on the bench
Aralina-AraBGood: i turned and found one of my guides sitting beside me
Aralina-AraBGood: they did not speak, we sat together in silence for a short period
Aralina-AraBGood: it began to rain and i felt all the bad feelings iv felt of late coming to the fore. i looked to my guide and he nodded
Aralina-AraBGood: i understood what he meant
Aralina-AraBGood: i walked forward into the rain and quickly became drenched but began to feel refreshed
Aralina-AraBGood: and lighter than recently
Aralina-AraBGood: the negativity swept away from me in rivulets of water to sink into the earth
Aralina-AraBGood: i could then hear his voice as if he stood beside me though i knew he still sat on the bench
Aralina-AraBGood: he said it was time to leave all negative thoughts behind and choose my path.
Aralina-AraBGood: they appeared before me as actual pathways
Aralina-AraBGood: to my left a barely perceptible stone pathway across water with no end in sight
Aralina-AraBGood: to my right an overgrown trek among trees and overgronw shrubs, the path half hidden from sight
Aralina-AraBGood: i felt drawn to the right
Aralina-AraBGood: i walked and kept going until i hit a clearing
Aralina-AraBGood: a tree stood before me with a doorway in it (coky i know)
Aralina-AraBGood: i recognised it though, it was oriiginally the entryway to my sacred space
Aralina-AraBGood: i used it when i first began visualising. havent used it in a while though
Aralina-AraBGood: i waked thru and immediately slid down a slide into the earth
Aralina-AraBGood: and stepped out into an entryway (like a cloakroom)
Aralina-AraBGood: its in my sacred space (a building)
Aralina-AraBGood: i turned around and walked thru another doorway into the courtyard
Aralina-AraBGood: toward a fountain where a statue stood
Aralina-AraBGood: it was here that i realised what my guides appearance and the meditation were for
Aralina-AraBGood: i admit i have been rather lax of late in more ways than one
Aralina-AraBGood: i thanked the man and woman who the statue portrays
Aralina-AraBGood: and made a vow to myself and them that i would stay true to my path and no longer become quite so complacent
Aralina-AraBGood: the sun came back out and i felt almost weightless.
Aralina-AraBGood: then i came back. thats all
Hevsie: Ok. I guess as none of you know me I better explain a couple of things
Hevsie: I use visualization a lot - and was surprise (and delighted) that I could give myself so easy with one eye on the screen
Hevsie: I have a real affinity with animals - those present and those past - but have always tried to block out people
Hevsie: But recently I met my 'human' spirit guide for the first time
Hevsie: I was surprised to find my grandfather sitting next to me - he died when I was 2 - and I guess a little sad that my new guide was not there
Hevsie: But then I looked in front of me and there he was
Hevsie: My grandfather stood up, moved towards my new guide, shook his hand and then left
Hevsie: I thanked my guide very much for showing himself to me again, but explained that this wasn't the best time to really get to know each other
Hevsie: So I said that I would make contact with him again very soon - and came back to the room
