* Healing Stars *

 

Lie down and close your eyes.

Let your body become very loose.  You are very relaxed.

So relaxed you don't even move.

And  you are taking long deep breaths. Breathing the air in as if you are blowing up a balloon and then breathing out so the balloon is flat!

Your body is strong. your body is so strong that it can take care of itself.

Your mind is strong. Your mind is so strong that it keeps your body well.

Good energy is all around you.

Every time you breath, you breath in good energy and it moves all through your body and keeps your body well.

And now picture a big blue star over your head.

A big blue star star is over your head.

suddenly it bursts intyo thousands of tiny blue stars.

A shower of stars pouring down on you.

It is raining little blue sparkling stars.

These tiny little blue stars are healing energy.

When you take a deep breath, you bring the stars into your body.

When you breath out, all the little stars move through your body.

All the tiny blue stars are moving through your body.

You feel all warm and tingly as the stars move through your body.

The blue stars are moving all through your body just like your blood does.

they are moving into your toes and feet.

They are moving up through your legs and hips.

The blue stars are filling your stomach and your chest.

you feel all warm and tingly as the tiny blue lights move along your back, all through your back, your shoulders, your neck.

And now the tiny blue lights are moving into your head.

The tiny blue lights move all through your body all night and when you wake up you will feel strong and well!
