Unfortunately, I am unable to have any form of astral experience at the moment. I don't know if this is due to the morphine I am taking, or just the stress of life at the moment, but I am hoping I can get it sorted soon! I have been reading a lot lately, about people who use other methods to experience an OBE but am having no success with those either at this time. Maybe I need to leave it a while? Raven xx

Hi Raven, i've been trying on and off for about 3 years now and still no luck ARGHH!
I've pretty much read the world about it, but still can't get there. I recommend 90 days to out-of-body experience by Steve Bruce that is recognized as the best book in the field. That guy has done a lot of pioneer work after Monroe.
It depends whether you mean OBE as in lucid dream or astral projection. Let me know :)
To be honest the reason why I haven't succeeded is because although 3 years seems like a long time, it's been hit and miss times where I just thought I had the energy to have a go so It tried - I honestly think it requires a lot more dedication and a structured method and programme to make the break.
What method do you use?
Take care for now, love and light! |

Oops, my mistake, the author of that book is Robert Bruce (and some other guy as co-author). He's also written astral dynamics, which you have probably read : ) |

Hi Soul Thankyou for your reply. I was referring to astral projection - not tried lucid dreaming ... yet! The method I use has been successful for me in the past. It starts off with a meditation and then a visualisation of actually leaving the body, and then I physically feel the seperation of my astral body from my own. I was prescribed morphine for a short while, and found I couldn't even stay awake for long, never mind focus! lol Thankfully, I am off the medication now, but don't feel in the 'right frame of mind' for attempting it again just yet. I will try again soon Love Raven xx |
