You cant change the name if its been saved as a Gif or JPEG. The only way you would be able to change the name is if the picture was in a psp.image format and the name was saved on a seperate layer to the picture. Then you could just delete that layer and add another name on.
If you try to delete the name using the eraser it will also erase the part of the picture underneath - sorry hon
