Hi...  Wondering if anyone would be able to tell me more about what my little baby niece is experiencing when she's asleep?         

 

I came in tonight where my niece was lying peacefully asleep in the lap of my mum!     My mum started to tell me about what happened earlier.    My niece was sleeping and her eyes were closed but they were moving under her lids, my mum said she was breathing funny-taking little short breaths and she seemed awfully disturbed. She had then sudddenly woke up, looked at my mum and really started to cry as if she were freightened.   As we told my nieces mum later, her mum said that it's happened a few times before.

 

Just really wanted to know more about what she was experiencing and if there was anything we could do, so she could endure peacefull sleeping....
