I wish that this lady would just drop it already and admit the blame.

 

Back in July she went into the side of my car. I had the handbreak on and was stopped still, just looking around before I pulled out. She is saying I pulled out without looking and is now harrasing me for a bill of £700 for a new front wing and bumper on her car... when infact she came round the corner way too fast and lost control. We have photos and measurements of skid marks to prove it, insurance companies are involved but it's been dragging out for a long time now and may end up going to court. If I didn't have a £500 excess I'd just give in, but there is no way it was my fault, and no way I can afford the £500 as she is disputing over whether I was stopped still.

 

I wish she would just admit it was her fault, and stop being such a daddys little girl because I don't need this.
