You're going to laugh at this lol, but what do you think?
Basically, a month or so ago I was due to go on a girls night out. Now, I'd been feeling pretty ugly and down about myself so I'd been thinking how nice it would be for a little flirting to go on on my night out (yes, I'm married but fancied a bit of attention :op).
Anyway, the next day on the morning of going out I was at work. I start work before anyone else and just after I'd got in and sat down at my computer (this was about 7:45am) a very scruffy lady came into the office. I've been working there for about 13 years and no one has ever called into the office that early before! We've had the odd homeless person pop in from time to time during the day and we tend to see these people around the High Road when we go out, but I'd never seen this lady before. Anyway, she started talking to me about radio presenters of all things, asking me if I know this one and that - I didn't really know how to answer her! I had a huge pile of work on my desk and to be honest, I wanted to see her on her way. I was very polite though and tried to keep the conversation short and sweet. Then out of the blue, in between talking about radio presenters she looked me straight in the eye and said 'you're beautiful'. How strange! She then started walking out saying 'I might come and visit you again' and she left.
Then, last week I'd been asking my spirits (I'm going to call them my spirits because I don't know who they are yet), if they can to show themselves to me in my dreams. I hardly ever remember my dreams, in fact before this one I really can't remember when the last time was. Anyway the next morning I woke up and remembered what had happened! It wasn't particularly vivid but nonetheless I remembered it. I had started a new job and there was a lady and man showing me around the building, and showing me what to do. The next thing I know (which is the only vivid bit about it) was the man turned to me and said 'you're beautiful'.
No one tells me I'm beautiful in real life! and I'm sure I'm looking into this way too deeply for a change, it's just the strangest thing to happen to someone like me! |

well yeh I did laugh....but not at you......isnt spirit wonderful.......you asked .....you got and Im thrilled they told you that you are beautiful....because they see you as you realy are...not as the world may see you or you see you......and I bet you are too. |

Had to reply to this especially the reply you gave to bb and rose, I checked out your pic lol being the nosey person that I am . What I saw was someone who is lacking confidence and needs to realise as has been said already that you are a child of God and you are a remarkable person. Look at what you have achived and where you have come from and you will realise that beauty is not skin deep but what is underneath that matters hun. To your haven family you are truley beautiful and you need to keep reminding yourself of this hun love ya Mandy xxxxxxxx |

Awww guys - I don't know what to say. I honestly wasn't fishing for compliments.
I have to say though, a miracle did happen last night, my husband told me he loves me!!!!! OMG! something IS changing in my world lol. |
