...but my husband was moving around, opening & closing doors and making a right old noise so it didn't go very far lol.  I thought it might have been the start of an OBE again!
 
Only thing is, this is the 2nd time it's happened and for some reason my heart races sooooo hard it scares me (my heart does, not the experience).  I tried with all my might to stay calm and I really was calm but I can't understand why my heart goes so mad.
 
Hoping I'll have a chance to see if it will happen again on Wednesday when he's out and I get a bit of piece & quiet lol.

I suggest you read Ravens post on calm an anxcious spirit.....another thing I must ask you to be careful of, is dont do what you are trying till your hubby is sound asleep or not there....because can you imagine what will happen if he finds you apparently dead...because thats the way you will appear to the untrained eye......when the spirit goes astro the body cant function

Thanks for the warning - I never thought of that. I'd better warn him. Mind you, he probably wouldn't even notice lmao.

I will look for the post (although I'm not sure how much chance I'll have of finding it lol). Do you think I should be worried then, do you think this might be a bad spirit? I really wanted to see what happens tonight, but I'll wait on your word first - I really don't want to do anything if there's a chance it could be dangerous.

Well last night the same thing started again, it was the most amazing feeling but once again it stopped. The good thing is though that my heart was much lighter this time (maybe I'm getting used to it now lol).

I'm having my doubts whether it was actually meant to turn into anything now, like an OBE - but it was amazing to feel anyway. Especially as I haven't had anything for weeks :o)
