before I read about your nan's condition I had already picked up that this was her giving you her conditions , confirming that it is her that is with you, as you would have known what had happened to her.

When spirit comes through us many of them give us the last conditions or illnesses that they had before they passed so that we know who it is that is with us.

 

if , at anytime, you are experiencing any of affects from spirit after your meditation , ask  them     " To take away anything that isnt mine "

 

and they will hun .

hi man i going to say dont worry at all man she is not in your body and it is nothing liek that t it jsutt eh way you was siting or liying i would think like traped blood it make you get it like if you in a car and have you head on your hand for a long time you get it then and sometime you can not feel a thing in your hand lol until you move it and get the blood moveing round it again to it find and nomal man, colin
