Maybe if you keep a pen and paper handy and try to lay there and wake up slowly. Give yourself a chance to review the dream while it's still fresh and jot down anything you remember in point form (no matter how small you think it is) and then try to piece it all together after. Try to get every last tiny little detail you can from things that happened, colors you saw, feelings you got...everything (especially if something really stood out). If you saw a man wearing a red suit with yellow rubber boots and carrying a pink frilly umbrella, write it down. for all you know, the meaning could be behind the weird man, the color he was wearing, the boots, the umbrella or even the jacket. Was he sitting, standing, jumping off of a bridge? What was the weather like? In my eyes, it's better to have too much information than not enough. You can always eliminate stuff later. Once you have it all written down, try to go through the list and figure out what each thing might mean to you. After that, go through your expanded list and maybe you can piece something together. Hope I helped. |

Its been years and I still don't have an answer to that. Remembering them is very difficult. The closest I got to anything is when I realize whats going on I play along with it, and to my advantage when I can.
For example if I'm having a bit of deja vu while getting into a fight and I know when the other person is going to throw a punch and where, I plan ahead to dodge and strike back.
Its just an example but it can go as far as saving lives.

Some indigenous tribes of Australia believe that nothing happens in life until it has been dreamt of first, i believe this is very close to the truth if not gospel. We dream so much and remember so little. My younger brother dreams every night of events that will take place in his waking life. Why it seems so mystical is very often we only remember the more exciting events...lotto wins, plane crashes, marraige proposals, what ever sparks our interest, the rest remains in our fragmented dreamscapes, occaissionally revealing themselves in inexplicable snippets that we call deja vu. Ask for dream guidance, ask to remember, keep a dream journal and your personal dream symbols will begin to reveal themselves to you. Do not doubt yourself, dreams serve an important purpose in our lives. How do we know that this is not the dream and life is not the colourful fragments we try to knit together. Sammii |
